I like this one. I think however it would look better without the transparency and without the text remove them and it will look much cleaner and more professional. Good use of colour, though the green spot looks out of place.

I think this is a step down from your previous. The image of Tifa is really blurry. Avoid blurry images at all cost as they will ruin a tag. The render is a little choppy aswell. Maybe use pre rendered images atm until you get better. I like the pink ray of light going across the sig, try blending it in more by feathering the edges with a soft brush and lowering the opacity a little.
Keep working hard =)

I like this. Lotsa colours used. I actually like the text you used on it. Its slightly hard to read, but looks really nice.

I like how you've dropped the shadow on both the avatar and signature. It makes it more eye-catching. =)

The colours are lovely and the patterns in the background are cute but I think they look a tad sketchy.

The text could do with a darker stroke around it in order to make it pop out a bit more too.

The white stroke you have around Mika could be reduced to 2 or 3 pixels too in my opinion. It looks too thick at the moment.

Those tiny blue corners at the top right and left of the signature should also be erased. It looks as though you were trying to round the corners off but it didn't quite work out. Colour them in with the forum skin. =)

You progressing very well though. Keep it up!

Good work on this one.

The background look good, although maybe a tad too busy. I would get rid of that big white symbol thing on the right of the character too. It's distracting from the focal point, which should be the character.

The yellow glowing ball things look cute around the guy and the lighting on him looks great.

Though I would change the font for the text. It looks a bit too messy and blue doesn't really fit in with the colour theme you already have going on.

This one didn't really suit the 'Joy' theme. Yuna looks really sad, and although it says 'Your back' the overall image doesn't strike as a joyful one.

The border looks cute but maybe if you played around with a few layers and played around with the colours and such it might pop out a bit more.

And as usual, it doesn't let me go transparent.

I like the background and the brushes in this one. It looks like a graffiti background.

The brushes feel a tad overloaded but it still looks fine.

The green and pink look really good together by the way.

I suggest making the text white too. It's hard to read it at the moment with the current colours.

Also the pop out of the guy looks good but I would focus on feathering out his edges with a brush if you can't cut out the remainder of white still sitting on his edges. =)

If you're not having any luck with getting it to be transparent, I'd suggest you use the eyedropper tool to colour select the forum skin colour.

Then use the paint bucket tool to fill in that black area and it'll look fine. =)

I do that even though there's an option for the background layer labelled 'TRANSPARENCY'. Huh.

Yeah I never figured out the whole transparency thing myself.

It was too complicated for me. XD

But your signature looks good now that you've gotten rid of the black area. =)
