Doctor Who

Future wife? :gasp:
Future assistant? :gasp:
Daughter #3? (let's face it, he's not exactly cautious) :gasp:

Could be anyone really.....

Anyway, I really wanna know who that woman is, although from the comments posted above there are a few good theories, I thought it might be Rose at first only older (obviously) but then she said they haven't met yet so Im stumped.....
She'd say herself if she was Rose, and they really look anything alike so that can't be it. And when she said they hadn't met yet, she meant regarding The Doctor's timeline, since she clearly had several times. :wacky:

Assistant perhaps, but the other two are a long shot I'd say. Though her reaction to Donna would suggest that she's just someone who'll crop up a lot in future episodes.

That's what I meant :ffs: She has obviously met him, but he hadn't met her before then, ruling out being Rose. And tbf, it being fictional an' all, the chances of her actually looking like Rose if it was meant to be her are minimal :wacky: I've seen chronicals of Riddik, that girl had a total makeover & it was only supposed to be 5 years after pitch black :gasp:

Personally I think its a lover of his :P

I'd disregard wife, because he'd take her around with him, and daughter (if conceived the normal way...which would also be unlikely) would require some time together at least, which it doesn't seem that either. Assistant would follow the similar principal in that they wouldn't keep bumping into each other quite like that.

I mean, she said they met many times, which to me suggests that she never time traveled, or at least not on a semi-regular basis. Friend would work as well as lover, but her reaction does suggest a closer relationship :P

Hmmm, what if she was a child that he had met before? What if she was that child who saw him on the TV screen? For all we know, the timeline where that child is could be years before where the Doctor is.

I also have a little thing about how
Donna meets Rose
. This is the summary for the next episode:

While attempting to defeat the threat of the Vashta Nerada with Professor River Song, the Doctor faces secrets from his own future. Meanwhile, Donna finds herself in an alternate reality alongside Dr. Moon and the girl.

Note the words
alternate reality
, which must mean
parallel universe
, which means one thing.

Donna is going to meet Rose!

I think it more likely refers to where the little girl is which seems to be a virtual reality for her she is I think the security AI for the library.

So I got my TVMag this week in The Sun and took a look at what was happening this week. According to the magazine, it says:

Meanwhile, Donna is lost in cyberspace - where she is married with two kids!

That was a big shock.

It also mentions to "watch out for a Matrix-style twist in this tale!"

I'm really convinced that Professor Song is that little girl living with her dad. We don't even know the girl's name!

But I could be wrong ...

Ugh I'm still confused, who the hell is that woman and where the hell is Rose. Curse that stupid trailer....

Well I know that the woman can't be that kid now, so maybe she was just some random bird he met...... :stare:

Good episode anyway....

I only go to half watch it because my sister came around and I couldn't hear the telly. Then I missed what must have been a crucial part, because one moment Dr. Song was telling him that he'll die, then she was in the chair. ><

I had thought the woman in the black dress might have been Rose, but meh. That'd have been a better plot twist. And I also didn't see the Matrix-esque plot twist there.

I thought she might have been Rose aswel until she spoke :stare:

I wish they'd get on with it and bring her back :gasp:

There's more to this series than when Rose will bloody come back. I thought it was an excellent conclusion to the two parter, best of the series so far.

I thought it was a good conclusion to the story. I'm glad River Song never died in the end, that'd be too tragic to be honest.

I was also thinking that woman in the black veil was Rose as well until I heard her speak. I was slightly surprised it was that girl Donna had been so nice to.

But I just watched Doctor Who Confidential and the issue of his "name" came up. River whispered his true name and I guess we'll never know about that.

However, his name has been mentioned earlier in the series with that girl. Remember the second episode? That his name "burns" or something like that.

Rose comes back in two weeks' time, episode eleven, which is called Turn Left, I believe.

The preview for the next episode does look good. Reminds me of Snakes On A Plane in a way ...

Keeping River alive in the sonic screwdriver was really weak, I thought. They should have left it at The Doctor and Donna walking away from her diary.
We'll end up seeing her again one day. It leaves far too many questions unanswered. She'll end up cropping up in the next series a couple of times probably.

Next episode just looks like filler to me. I doubt it'll be all that great. =/

Gee is there really? I hadn't noticed -_-

This weeks was really good I think, I was sat there like omg they are gunna throw the doctor out :gasp: And I was like omg, Rose in the monitor, TURN AROUND (Oh look, I mentioned her again, my bad :stare:)

Anyway, can't wait til next week, all looks rather exciting :monster:

I really liked this weeks. The way they left it without you knowing what the hell it was, or anything about it is sort of creepy and chilling. Though I thought Sky's actress was a bit crap in her role.

One horrible thing I didn't like the look of with next week's episode...
HE WAS DEAD. D:

I reckon it'll be either this series or the next when it moves on to the 11th Doctor. Tennant is contracted for one more, but they aren't filming until next year due to him joining that theatre thing later this year.

Well, that was one good episode. Lesley Sharp was pretty good in her role, she did have the hardest job to do. I've watched her in Afterlife, so I was interested to see her in this.

My friend and I watched this at one in the morning on iPlayer because we went to see Boyzone in concert last night. We were laughing so much at the Doctor and Sky parts!

"Banana!"
"Rose Tyler, Martha Jones, Donna Noble, TARDIS!"
"You are handsome, Doctor. Oh yes, thank you, I know I am!"

Those were the best lines. :D

Yeah we are deprived of a full seires for a year but instead get about 4 'Specials' so one of them may be Regenration time. Tennant has stayed longer than the average Doc' so maybe it is time for a change....

Bill Oddie for Doctor number 11! :neomon:

Well, David Tennant hasn't made an announcement that he's leaving anytime soon. I heard that before the first series began, Hugh Grant was approached for the role. He turned it down and now he's regretted it ever since.

So until David Tennant makes an announcement, I guess you can't really say anything about the 11th Doctor. Whoever it is has a lot to live up to, especially following his success.
