For christmas presents!

How many of you did, or still do, look for christmas presents around your house before the day? I look every year, hoping to find them, and each year i always manage to find someting xD like today, I found Super Mario Galaxy, and The Simpsons Game for the PS3

But, some people think hunting for christmas presents "spoils the surprise"

What are your opinions?

I do, and still enjoy it, even though of my age. I found PSP accesories. YES! just what I wanted, but can't find the game Okami anywhere. oh well, lets hope Mum remembered The complete series 2 of Doctor Who

Haha, I used to be that way too. It's fun, it really is. It gets me excited and anxious. But now, no. It's not that I care anymore...I just kinda grew up from that stage, I guess.

I'm actually concentrating more on where to hide the presents from my daughter. =/

I use to hunt presents when I was young as well. XD

I already know what I got. My parents never surprise me. I usually go out with them and say: "I want that..." They buy it, but I cannot use or wear it until Christmas. I usually buy clothes after Christmas as well. I can't stand when my mom goes clothes shopping for me.

XD I've never hunted for Christmas gifts in my life. for one reason.

There's too many places to hide the darn things. To explain.... this can be said of my house: Messy but comfortable.

Try to find a gift? If you dig to deep, you'll start finding Chinamen. :\

How old is she?

She's three years old. I bought a Tickle Me Elmo and a puppy that's remote controllable - from Santa.

We only bought her one present from "Mommy and Daddy". All are actually sitting in our room right now...but luckily she have not done any hunting yet. =/

Iv never hunted for my presents they just used to look at me from under the tree, it used to drive me mad... stuff would end up lost if presents were hidden anyway
My mum used to always hide my best present tho, and once Id opened all my others she'd bring it out and Id be like WOOHOO
I nearly WEE'D myself whenI got my megadrive way back when lol my mum brought this humongous box out of the kitchen & I was like oooooh
And also when I got FFVII & I didn't want to go to my aunties for xmas dinner xD
I wish I still got excited over xmas...now I just hate it =/

I used to hunt for presents in the cupboard under the stairs and my dad's wardrobe I stopped that a few years ago though, I don't really feel the need to see my presents before Christmas anymore =/ When I was younger I would get sooo excited about presents on Christmas Eve, but now I guess I know what I am getting anyway (even though my parents don't tell me what I'm getting, but it's only stuff that I ask for anyway so..)

I hate surprises, but I don't hunt for them. I tend to know what I'm getting now, although I have one surpise, I've been told, from my mum. Meh, I can wait. Christmas has sorta lost its novelty.
