Pretty much. The ability to drive isn't affected by gender or hair color, it all comes down to how patient you are, how good your reflexes are (thus why old people of both genders are horrid drivers), and how long you've been driving for (thus why teenagers of both genders suck).

Actually you'll find 'F***ing woman' a phrase often used by male drivers who get annoyed by those 'blondes' or a woman being stupid on the road(Not that i'm saying all woman are stupid), so men don't pick on each other they tend to see a female and say 'woman drivers tch'.(which I would like to point out i do not but it does happen)
Bit random but OK i would guess that stats would likely prove that, and from what i see in papers and on the news it does generally tend to be males.
In My city there are as many, possibly more, woman (Mostly teens though so girls if you prefer) who own moded cars with body kits and new alloys etc who often meet at the hotspots to race and show of their cars. As for the whole two guys stop at traffic lights look at each other rev their engines and then fly down the road when the lights go green....you watch to much TV.

Yes, there have been times where I was at a stop light, and the cars in front of me where males insides about to race each other.
