No...a stereotype is like a label. You say a certain type of person does only certain things, and not anything else. Like one could say an emo doesn't smile. Or a Prep can't be friends with a Goth.......or that all Tomboys are complete Loners.....which isn't true.
I haven't heard that tomboys are loners, there are others though like americans being fat, or british being posh etc etc
