Hello FF forum,

I go by Clandestine but you can call me whatever you want. Like some bigot or something... jk. I am a self-proclaimed FFX expert and whatnot. Blah blah blah. *inserts part that I think everyone cares about but they really don't*

Anyway, I played Final Fantasy X, X-2, 12, FF7:DoC, FF7, FF7:CC, and FF8 in that order. I am currently in the middle of FF6, and I'm looking to play more of the older games like FF4 and 9. I am hesitant to play FF13 because it just looks like drama and more drama. Angst and pretty graphics everywhere. However, if someone can talk me into playing it, I could pick it up. Lol.

Anyway, please treat me kindly everyone, and I'll try to be productive~! (after my finals)

I am intrigued that they use the same emoticon as the ones on dA.

Edit: Also, I just read the rules. I'll be more careful on the amount that I post.

I absolutely Final Fantasy X! ^_^ XIII-2 is actually my joint favourite with X and VIII, so I would recommend XIII and XIII-2. :hmmm: The battle system leaves a little to be desired, but I love the story and characters! :) At some point in the game, you are given a reason to care about each and every one of the heroes - Vanille's reason comes at the end of the game.

I'm currently playing through FFVI too, along with FFIV and VII. ;) I have quite a few on the go. :ness:

btw, is your name meant to be an anagram of Castle in the Sky? :hmmm:

But welcome to the forums! I hope to see you around :D Also: play FFVI before even touching FFXIII. Just because. Actually, make that the rest of the series. Play 1-6 and 9 before 13. lol.

Definitely play FF9. I think out of all the FF, the world of FF9 is the best. I certainly enjoyed it more than the others.

Oooh reviving threads. ;] Back in the forum I used to be in, they totally discouraged it. I'll be reviving a bunch of FFX threads in that case. :D
You seem like a person with good judgements, so I'll trust you and try out FF13/13-2 even though every other one of my friends hates it. :D I'll play it when it gets cheaper/FF13 versus comes out.
Ohh that's quite a bit at the same time. My friend does the same thing and never gets any games done! I hope you finish them. :]

Kufufufu, I'll be a good rival and such~. :]

Lol, unfortunately, I was introduced to the series too late, so I know much of the new-generation FFs already except for 11, 13, and 14. I'm trying to chug out the old-gen series (already finished the two popular old-gens), but finding emulator's super difficult. D: Just finding FF6 was terrible because I kept confusing it with a different version of FF6. However, I will make the effort! :D

Do you think getting 1-5 is worth it? I haven't heard anything about it and am not sure if it's overshadowed by the later series for a reason.

VI is worth it, I know that for sure XD As for the others: I personally like 4 the most out of the first five. If you have a DS you can play the DS remake of III. That might be easier than playing the japanese original. lol. Especially if you're not fluent in Japanese. I won't suggest any illegal stuff on here since it's not allowed :O

But I think the first FF is worth it. Just for the sake of playing the original that started it all. Not a lot of people like II because of the odd leveling system, but I liked the game personally. So that leaves V, which I haven't finished yet. So I can't really say yet if it's worth it or not.

I'm close to playing through all the FF games, and for the most part they're worth it. So I say try and play all of them :D
