The "Miami Zombie," was a naked man who was killed by police on May 26, 2012, after he was found eating another man's face along a busy highway. Another zombie apocalypse-type incident took place over that weekend in Hackensack, New Jersey, where a man stabbed himself and threw his intestines at police. A few days later, a student at the Morgan State University in Maryland confesses to eating his roommate’s brains and heart.
The Miami attacker Rudy Eugene chewed off more than 75 percent of Ronald Poppo’s face. Before fatally shooting him, police demands to stop were met with growls.
"I knew my son," Eugene's mother, Ruth Charles, told ABC affiliate WPLG. "Rudy will never, never do something like that." "He did not abuse drugs," she said crying. "I don't understand. Somebody did something to him… that wasn't him."
Press reports said that a dangerous herbal incense street drug known as “bath salts” might have played a role in the attack. There were no drugs found at the Miami scene.
According to ABC News, Rudy Eugene was “the first person tasered by North Miami police.”
A Taser is an electroshock weapon that uses electrical current to disrupt voluntary control of muscles. Tasers are non-lethal weapons used by police to subdue dangerous people. According to Wikipedia, "Someone struck by a Taser experiences stimulation of his or her sensory nerves and motor nerves, resulting in strong involuntary muscle contractions."
Becoming violent, burning up from the inside, tearing off one’s clothes, and other “delusional frenzies” exhibited by the Miami zombie are the experiences of someone struck by a Taser. Did Rudy Eugene suffer a Post-Taser flashback? What triggered it off? What are the potential long-term Taser effects on the brain and body?

Conspiracy theorists currently suspect that post-taser victims might exhibit zombie-like behavior and that low-income homeless people are targeted for taser attacks. Will vigilante (storm trooper) groups suddenly emerge (as they have in Greece), thus “saving” the government the political shame of asking police to move the homeless to FEMA camps? Were some Neo-cons in fact neo-nazis secretly planting their German “DNA haplogroup K” in high places?
Modern Hoax theorists, on the other hand, appear confident that a “cloud” communications revolution has undeniably commenced. The 99% can peace-lovingly block certain doorways and hang up the iPhones until the ill advised once again pack their bags.

yeah. all but the MD case were conformed that the "zombies" were on bath salts. it was found in their systems.
now long term being tasered wouldn't cause that to happen. taser woudl cause nerve damage. he would shake and have little to no feeling in parts of his body..long term, but for that to happen, he'd have to have taken tons of taser shots, now that being said. if he took that much electricity, his heart would have pretty much exploded. not ripped his clothes off and go into a frenzy. but the incidents of bath salts. these guys are retarded. bath salts deteriate your insides and brain. thus causing you to go into a state of "zombie" my belief on this is your body is going in a "last stand" kinda deal. hence the naked guy eating a face, throwing intestines and one that was not stated. a guy growing at a police officer and then yelling he is gonna eat his brains and then charging at him.

now my conspiracy theory is that these bath salts are the new thing. people take them long term and become into a zombie state. but after that state.. every time stated so far.. death had been the result. i think there is some drug dealer (company) trying to start an apocalypse here. just my opinion.

Ok this is an old thread but i thought id chuck in an opinion anyway. I remember this story and it was pretty fucking gruesome, right out of a Romerro movie. The article pretty much slams drugs as the cause for the attack yet they have no fucking idea if thats true or not and id bet all my money its not. A herbal incence made someone cannibalise a man? Gimme a break. The media love to put these spins on storires cuz the public laps it up loving every second. It only hurts the population as well because it does nothing but fuel the fire that is the mass lack of education and ridiculous belief that all drugs are stone cold killers that will make you do things like this. You dont even have to offer evidence you just need to say it mighta been drugs and the people take it as fact. Ignorant people share their theories which are based purely in the land of fantasy and ignorant people believe every word not knowing any better because theyve been fed the same stories all their life. What your left with at the end is people who are totally clueless and simply believe something because thats how it is.

I dont know why this guy ate another mans face. If i had to make a guess then id say said person was already a nutcase and he had a breakdown. He may or may not have been fueled by drugs or more likely drink but its obvious his brain snapped. The reason might just be as simple as a tragic accident caused by a man who was clearly ill and needed medical help. Why wasnt this picked up on before?
A drug story is far juicier though and ive already said how the public lap it up. Especially those middle class mums who wrap their Sons in bubble wrap for 18 years. One thing im sure of though is this guy did not eat a dudes face because he was high on something and he freaked out. I know many people will tell me im wrong but this is the problem in the world today. 99% of people dont understand anything about drugs available on the street and in the shops. No idea what they even do to a person and whether there even dangerous at all. All drugs are bad and that is that. The complete lack of proper education and awareness with the general public is a total disgrace. Its 2015 and people have absolutely no clue what theyre talking about. The saddest part is the truth and facts are all out there for everyone to see but years of demonising everything illegal has left a bias which will never go away unless the government decides to do a u turn and try to tackle the problems that come with Drugs and alcohol in a way that actually makes fucking sense.

Stories like this one fueling the pro war-on-drugs movement only leads to steps backwards but wer already so far back now that maybe a little more and wel end up where we started and see sense. For me its a subject thats near impossible to win because no one will listen to you. Everyone thinks they know better and really do believe they know whats best but they are all wrong. The facts and statistics dont lie and serve as perfect proof that making drugs illegal and imposing tougher sentences does absolutely nothing to address the actual problem - addiction- Jailing a young man over a bullshit possesion charge, putting him in a prison system with really dangerous people resulting in a man coming out of prison more dangerous than he went in. Struggles to find a job cuz he has a record which unfairly blacklists him so what else is he to do eh? Go on take a guess. Aye tell me thats a great system right there. Meanwhile your friends and neighbours everywhere are in hospital having their stomach pumped after a big session on the alcohol. Socially accepted by the public yet its its easily up there as one of the most dangerous drugs and kills thousands each and ever day. But thats ok tho because we arent educated and dont know any better. Legal - good illegal - bad

Yes i went off topic but i felt like i needed to rant and get it out. Its something that comes up a lot and its something that needs to be addressed before its too late ( assuming its not already ) Start educating people so they can help in ways that actually, well...help. Until then youl keep reading lots of horseshit articles like this and propaganda documentaries from the US which are designed to scare you into keeping your kids locked up at the weekend cuz the world is a big bad place.
