Yeah, heard this on radio other day. 6 million hes meant to be getting, its shocking. Im 50/50 with this as I liked him in Hairspray, but High School is dreadful lol. Not sure if hes going to be better then Bloom.

And whatever I think about Zac Efron, the Pirates franchise is fast running out of steam and this fourth film has 'cash cow' written all over it. A shame really, as the first film was pretty good fun. Efron's arrival to the franchise means little as it's already on a steep slope downhill.
Well this is some interesting news... According to Wikipedia, Zack Efron has stated that he will not be in the upcoming pirates movie. Apparently, it was just a rumor started by the National Inquirer... Also, on Kiera Knightley's page, it stated that she will not be in the movie either, due to her desire to take on different movie roles. Wikipedia isn't 100% reliable though, so who knows..

I don't really care, I thought the Pirates of the Caribbean was over hyped anyway. I thought the second and third movie were too lengthy and I didn't really enjoy the first one that much.
I did however think they wrapped up everything nicely in the third one so I can't really see the need for a forth movie, but what ever they can do what they want and cast whoever the feel like I don't really care.
Oh and I just thought I should add that Russell Brand is fukkin hilarious!

And, honestly, i thought Pirates of the Caribbean ended at 3... Never thought there would be a 4.. But nonetheless, I'll probably go catch a glimpse. For all you know, he might have some talents in this field too??

I haven't heard any news of it, so it's probably just a rumour. However, you all seem to forget one thing. Don't judge a book by its cover.
I don't actually mind High School Musical, I'd rather watch that than a movie that spells knives and guns all over it i.e. encouraging young kids to do those stupid stunts in the movie. You never know, some actors can amaze you when they appear in different kinds of projects. I know Shia did when he was in Transformers.
