Youtube videos in posts

How do you embed youtube videos in posts? I know you have to change something in the embed video code in the youtube video embed code, but i forgot what it was.

Any help would be...well........helpfull.

It's very simple. You include everything after the equals sign.
For example
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KnfmOntfJcc
That links to youtube.
KnfmOntfJcc is what goes in the youtube tags.
