Anime Your first Time?

Growing up I remember Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z or whatever, and Sailor Moon.

I'd rather consider my first real anime experience was Cowboy Bebop, as its what got me into anime and manga growing up.

My first anime was Dragon Ball. It was on the TV all the time when I was a kid, so I inevitably ended up watching it.

My first anime was DragonBall Z, I remember being obsessed with that show and coming home everyday after school when I was like eleven years old excited to watch it.

DBZ, like most grew up with it on TV all the time in the evenings on Cartoon Network. If that doesn't count, the original FMA was the 1st anime I watched which in my head I knew was Anime.

The thing that got me into anime was Slam Dunk. :wacky:
I am a bit sad because it only ended in the finals against Rionan, or was it against the other team with the other Gorilla fellah? I don't know.

Then it was DBZ, Yugioh (not the shitty new 5D), Blood Plus, Hellsing, and Death Note. :wacky:

It was gundam wing for me back in 2002, but technically, and i say technically the first anime i watched was Thundercats(Animated by studio ghibli, or the group of animators who would go on to create studio ghibli) apparently the show was totally animated in japan and the audio work was done in america, so thats why i call it technically :P

The first anime I've seen was Voltes V, Daimos and DBZ. I was in grade school when I first saw these animes, and I was fascinated with the fight scene in DBZ, back then it was so cool for me, now I've kinda become tired of DBZ and other old animes.
I still prefer the new ones, like Bleach and Naruto.

The first anime I watched were some of the deeper stuff out there. If memory serves well... they were Neon Genesis Evangelion and Serial Experiments Lain. And afterward, I got hooked on some anime. So I'm not exactly THE otakou here...

Voltes V. But I've never followed the series.
The first anime I've seriously followed, though, was Fushigii Yugi (Hopefully, that's how you spell it).

DEFINITELY SAILOR MOON. XD After Sailor Moon came Pokemon, then DBZ, then Digimon etc.

I still love Sailor Moon though >w<;; call me a nerd...
