lol this is kinda new to me.. I just found it I was looking around at images and WTF ps3 whooooo!

I'm not sure.. It didn't even give me the name of it or anything. I tried looking for it but Nothing!!! It must be coming out which is good because i don't have a psp and finally they have one out for ps3. I can't wait till it comes out!
 
Don't know really. I mean it says PS3 on it, but I'm guessing it's not a game. If it was just a Blue-ray DVD it wouldn't need to be PS3 labeled.

I'm guessing just someone's artistic ability in editing to stir up fans to think there's cover-art out for the remake of FFVII on the PS3 already.
 
Wow this is just a rumour of a remake of Final Fantasy VII which this box art can possibly be true or fake but I think it could just be false but I heard Square Enix might do it so who knows about this. Well I would love to see this happen.

It's a fake. However, I have no doubt Squeenix would remake FFVII, seeing as they stated that they still have nine years to milk the much-overrated FFVII series out of their collective anus. What I do know, though is, that is not the cover.

How do I know this?

Game not announced. And they don't announce a game until it is near-release. Even if they announce the game, 90% of the time, they are still working on packaging.
 
It's fake, it has been knocking round for ages trying to replicate a PS3 remake of VII.

Whilst yes, they're made to look gorgeous. They are just artistic talents and not the real thing. :)
 
This is a fake. It was seen quite awhile ago. Somebody created it with their Photoshop skills. I remember seeing it awhile back the title being "if SE remade FFVII, what would the case look like?" or something to that affect. So don't go all hyped up over this. It's a fake, nothing more.

Why people get hyped over anything FFVII-related AT ALL still eludes my mind. To be honest, it was one of the worst RPGs I have ever played. x.x
 
Halo is ok. Unreal Tournament is better. I never really cared for halo that much. I don't like what final fantasy is doing with the medieval theme either. And also I think they should keep the same exact people in VII. Sorry for not being to open with anything new but I already tried some of the other final fantasy's and they where not as good as VII. Thats why I pick it because, i think its the best possible people and setting they can get.

I have to agree on Unreal Tournament... When it comes down to online shooters.

As for Final Fantasy, I think FFIV-FFVI was the golden age for the series. However... Since Square-Enix fails to realize this or do anything that can so much as compete with it, I think the company would be better off seperating from the previous FF's (especially VII) and take a new direction. Personally, I think modern day (like FFXIII Versus, minus the fanservice) or heavy religious themes or both would be a good direction for Squeenix to take with the series.

I haven't approached the Final Fantasy's you like. IV, and VI. Just the other ones. Are they in the year 1990's or 1980's correct?

I honestly could not agree with you more, Tobi...I'm so sick of this game, it's ridiculous. All SE does is whore out the characters and make them overbearingly annoying.

As for this thread, it's spamming up quick so I will be moving it to FF Fun. Dr. Jackal, please be sure in the future when you post in the post count section, you make bigger posts and not just one-word/one-liner posts that non-contributory. Thank you.
