WHY DOSE EVERYONE HATE FFXIII

After reading some of these threads I found out most people DO NOT like FFxiii WHY?

My review of this game was really good but intill I found out people did not like it I started to have second thourghts about the game.

First the grapics. I thourght the graphics were the best of the final fantasy series and probably best graphics i have ever seen.

Second the battle system. The battle system was nealy the best battle system for final fantasy. Discardia is probably the best.

Third the characters. The characters I have to admit were pritty dull but I personaly think most of the characters in the ff series were dull as well. I dont have a favourite character.

So the big question is probably why people dont like ffxii. I think it is one of the best final fantasys.

I love the battle system, and the graphics. However my gripe is the story is absolutely stupid. Terribly told, and there is no interaction with it.

Why would you want to save people that want you dead, call you names, run away from you like you're the devil, and wish death upon you?

It's not a big question, it's a simple question really.

If you don't pay attention to the story you get completely lost.
