I like Fran because she's such an obvious fan-service character...and she does it so well.
Lulu...well dang, gal. I just LOVE the way she dresses, her hairdo, her make-up and her epic cleavage. I sound shallow with that last one, and completely lesbian but I DON'T CARE. Lulu's just beautiful in a unique way. In fact, I think she should be the poster girl for the FF series, not Tifa. There's a Gran Canyon-sized difference between 'big boobs' and 'gorgeous boobs'.
As for Rinoa...When I was young she was my model for good looks combined with sensible appearance. I like the fact that her clothes and her general look aren't too 'busy' or overburdened with accessories and the like. She has this amazingly lovely face too and she can range from insanely cute to just gosh-darn pretty.

Anyways for me it'll always be out of Lightning,Yuna and Tifa it's just too damn hard to pick!?!
Lightning - Well I adore her hairdo,her attitude I like as a character but I wouldn't say its sexy or anything :/.
Yuna - Her dress for me sticks out (and whatever she wear on her arms), she is arguably the cutest character in the FF series.
Tifa - Best looking character easily,I don't like her personality too much which seems to be bit of a let down but she's hot nevertheless

who I think is a babe with her uber tight jumpsuit and pigtails! But anyway. Terra's my favourite FF girl of all time. And I think she's hot, regardless of her hair colour Tifa is a complete babe, and whoever said Maria's amano design was sexy is dead on! I love Maria for that reason Anyway, there's a bunch I could list, but there's some of them.
