Who would win between Sephiroth and Ultimecia?

I wonder which bad arse would beat the other? I would say Queen Ultimecia would destroy supperoth into a million pieces.......what do you guys say?

I think Sephorath would win. Is that how you spell that? Anyway, Sephorath is stronger in Physical Strength and Speed. But If Ultimecia use some time and space manipulation, than I wouldn't know what to think...

and sephiroth would kick ultimecia's ass even thought she has more health, more form's, Griever and better graphics sephiroth is stronger physically, samter, faster, and more agile so he would cut through her forms with his big ass mesamune like a hot knife through butter
