Which console are you going to buy?

I was planning on buying the PS3, but now even the devoted game makers are going 360. So I will be buying me a Xbox 360 before long and getting several RPGs for it.
Mods I know there is a topic similar to this one, but the lacked the poll and was kinda too strait forward for me.

I already have both of them.

I'm not a big fan of my 360 though. I've only used it once since I got it, to play Eternal Sonata. But now that ES has been released on the PS3...my 360 is just rotting under a pile of unnopened mail.
I think the only reason that I'm keeping it is because I have high hopes for Star Ocean 4. o_O

I really don't understand why this thread is titled like the systems are JUST coming out. I got all the new systems as they came out. Play my PS3 the most though. Then my Wii for when my nephew comes over. My 360 is rather dusty.

Have been planning on getting a 360 but with that RROD i don't think so and 360 only has a few good games not really worth it for me.I do play my ps3 though.

i bought a ps3 and honestly its the biggest waste of my money ive spent, i never have the time to play the damn thing. The only game i bought it for was Mgs4 now it just sits in my bedroom getting dusty. Altho i enjoy a game of drunken tekken with my mates now and again. Maybe if the choice of games were better id make time for it

I went on and got a PS3 this summer before they stopped making them with backwards compatibility. I don't really see the point in getting a 360 too, seeing as how most of the games for the 360 are made for PS3 as well. Besides, Versus XIII is PS3 exclusive, so that made it the clear choice for me immediately.

I sold my 360 after I got my PS3 on April 27th 2007. :monster:
Mainly because I think the PS3 has a brighter future than the 360, as long as Killzone 2 matches up to the Halo "hype" then the PS3 has matched the 360 stride for stride plus paying to go online is an absolute piss take imvho. You've paid £150-£270 for a 360 then they force you to pay if you want to go online, ummmm, no thanks.

Plus, more developers are praising the PS3 more now decent games are coming out, added to the fact, the PS3 has nearly caught up with 360 sales. :monster:

I already have a PS3 and I have no intention in getting a 360. If by chance I happen to win a 360 I will most likely sell it.

At the time I bought my PS3, the PS3's games seemed more appealing to me. When I bought it, I was looking forward to Metal Gear Solid 4 and back then I thought Final Fantasy XIII would be PS3 exclusive. Plus, Versus XIII may remain PS3 exclusive, so I don't really see a reason to buy a 360.

Already got a 360. Being a gamer and not a player of interactive movies, I find that I made a good, very comfortable choice. Personally, I don't see much truth behind the 'Red Ring O' Death' anymore... And even if it ever afflicted me, I know a solution that fixes the problem permanently, so I'm all good. Also, I find that the more worthwhile RPGs are all huddled onto the 360, and the few that are multi-platform are more like buggy pity-party gifts for the PS3.

I'm a Sony fan, but the PS3 is just not worth it to me when all I really want for it is MGS4 and the new SMT title, both of which may release for the 360 anyways. And even if they don't, I don't feel I'm missing much.

Neither, only because I already have a PS3 and I really have no interest in a 360 because that system seem to give people the most problems with the Red Ring of Death and whatnot. I never had one problem with my PS3 and I just happy with that.

I've got a PS3 at the moment, but like last generation, I'd like to pick up the other two once they get to a price that I can afford them. The 360 has some games I'd like to play, but nothing that'd make me go apeshit over it.

I'm also discovering that it is becoming slightly less appealing since I now have a PC that can cope with games, so I'm finding a whole back catalogue that was previously unavailable is now a viable option.
