Which abilites did you feel to be the most important to unlock inside of Ultimecia's Castle in Disk 4? Which did you unlock first? last? Did you even unlock them all?

I thought the most important ones are : Magic, Item, GF (I they all were locked).
So I unlocked only them (maybe a few more, but didn't unlock all of them anyway) and was owned. I actually was quite close to winning, but grrrr.
So I ended up unlocking all of them after being beaten up a few times by Ultimecia.

Firstly I choose Draw because that's always useful. Then Resurrection, followed by Command Ability so I could the Revive and Recover commands. Then Limit Breaks. Then Magic so I could use Triple, Protect, Shell, stuff like that. That was all I needed.
GF was next, didn't need them much. Then I choose Item because I never used Item as a command during battle. Lastly Save because I didn't see any point since there was a save point right outside the castle anyway.

All I really bothered with was magic and limit breaks, and resurrection because one of my characters died. After that I went off to beat Ultimecia. I probably unlocked a couple more, but those were the main ones, and the only ones that I really needed.

1st-magic (heal, hurt big red w/ demi)
2nd-gf (kill big red dude w/ diablo)
3rd-limits (they come in handy...)
4rd-item (aura stones, ultima stones, and pheonix downs)
5th-gf abilities (recover and revive were big help to me)
6th-draw (gain and use better magic from bosses)
from there its randome, but yes, i always do get them all...

Well I found it necessary to unlock GF's and Limit Breaks, then I got Items so I that I could use aura stones and hero potions I think they're called, so that they made me invisible and so that I could use healing potions, that was all I really needed my first time, I kinda just short cutted it, lol.

Well, thanks to my poor memory, I can't remember at all what order I unlocked which of them, but I know I unlocked all of them so I could do whatever freely. Just hate to have any of the things unable to be used, had to have it all, I fought and fought, and got it all back.
Have to have Limit Breaks, watching Squall's Lionheart Limit Break is too fun. XD
