Considering I took a picture of a chicken earlier I've voted for nature and animals.

Sorry for the poor selection of poll options, I had a bit of trouble coming up with ideas.
Nature and animals is a nice idea and gives everyone plenty of room to be creative! 
Future suggestions... well, you could pick Black and White, Motion, The City, Landscapes, Rain, Flowers... or get people to convey emotions like Love, Lust, Hope, Sorrow.
