I suppose there might be a real image of some poor dead mouse in fluid used in this possible 'shop, but I still don't think this is a real ad-the fragrance is called "Torture"

Okay, I find it disgusting to think that people actually drink alcohol that has a worm in the bottle. So assume 'yes, very disgusting' to anything like that.
lizard wine is actually fairly nice. strong, but nice.

I have to agree, it looks/sounds like the typical anti-whatever adverts they have for stuff these days. They're just making a point with this, I'd assume.
At first look this even looks like those images people put together with photoshop to make fake covers for videogames and such, with the shiny surface and reflection underneath it.
