what is the use of Aeriths ultimate weapon when if you can you wont realy be able to use it once if any time

Thats a good question. Maybe Square wanted us to think that Aerith was going to rise from the dead.

well the only use i see to it is if you use game shark to revive her .
Well, I guess that they put it in the Temple of the Ancients since, it has a connection to Aerith, and you have to use her in the temple anyway. And if you haven't been using her throughout disk 1, it gives you something good to equip her with.
Also, notice her ultimate weapon isn't as powerful as the other characters, this is because they didn't want gamers freaking out that Aerith got an insanely powerful weapon that early in the game. It is useful if you "revive" her with a gameshark though, since it's twice as powerful when your allies are dead.

You can use Aerith's weapon when fighting monsters around the area and the boss. They threw Aerith's final weapon in there because she was going to die and it's kinda of a fair last minute thing. 
I'm not sure but when she leaves the party it's gone from your inventory. I think any weapon equip on Aerith stays with her when she leaves.

So not only did she did die, but she took my materia that I had equipped to her!? Who does she think she is!?
Well, seeing as she is still in the party when you obtain it, I would stay there is use for it even though you won't use it much. Of course if you use a GameShark to "revive" her as previously stated, then it would be of much use. Either way, it is USED.

I thought the game automatically un-equips her materia?All the materia you had on Aerith you automatically get back, I'm almost certain of that. Also guys, please put more effort into your posts. These one-liners really aren't needed, and we should make posts more contributory. Okay? 
Almost doesn't sit well with me. But I was mistaken, I'm sure that the materia was removed from her. oopsie

I never use Aeris if I have the option to, it just seems pointless because she dies.
Replaying through again for the millionth time and it's the first time I'm changing her name to Aerith, apparently what it's meant to be. I must admit it's kind of weird, I prefer Aeris, sounds nicer.

i could never find Aerith's ultimate weapon so it wouldn't really matter if i was to use game shark to revive her or if i left her dead i wouldn't have it to use it lol

When I first played FF7, I got excited when I got her Ultimate Weapon because I thought there was some way she could make a dramatic comeback.
I haven't had a chance to revive her yet, so I have never seen what it can do..

It is a bit annoying that you don't get to use her ultimate weapon for long!
Also if you want to get her ultimate limit, you've gotta use her limits loads, and thus end up leveling up, so cloud just ends up gettin really strong! Does anyone else find this/any way to counter act this?
