What Console do you want the FF7 Remake to be on

Ps3 would be best; graphics are insane. Xbox is all right but if your going to make a game like FF7 again, might as well do it right eh?
 
None actually. I don't want a remake because it's unnecessary. It's already re-released on PSN. If someone wants to play FFVII, it's there. So what if a remake will bring fresh, cinematic graphics and voiceacting as well? It still doesn't make it anymore vital to develop a remake when they could be making a new game instead. It will still be the same game anyway, so I just don't see all that enthusiasm for a remake.

Okay, drifting off-topic there - but if there has to be a remake, put it on a console where the games don't take aeons to make and where the graphics are still half-decent to appease the fans. So the Wii then. If a FFVII remake on the Wii will put more focus on that console, then I welcome it.

I agree. I really don't see a need to remake it.
I mean, it's already a great game, so what's the need to remake it? FFVII already have too many spin-offs as it is. I just don't see the point. I think Square should just focus on making newer games, IMO. :/
 
I can't believe this, I just can't. Don't you people get it: Squeenix is NOT gonna make a remake of FFVII. There are several reasons why, and they are all quite valid. For one: The way they make games now is so very different from the way they made them at the time the game was released. They would have to rewrite the entire game script and the game may not be the FFVII you remember. Just think on that.

This is probably unnessacery, but my vote is none: It is after all on the Playstation Network.
 
Personally, I think a re-make would take away FF7s charm. The original graphics and music add to it's potency. So just :cloud:that idea. Finding out it was a myth was like waking up from a bad dream.
 
I don't welcome anymore stuff dealing with VII. I'm tired of the shitty spinoff games, lame ass movies, and all that stuff. FFVII should be put to rest and left alone imo. If there is any Final Fantasy that I would welcome a remake or spinoffs for they would have to be VIII and IX. Those 2 were great games, and I feel should have some attention put on them.
Now don't get me wrong, I love VII. It's just been milked so damn hard, that I find it kinda...... idk irritating.
 
They definitely don't need to make FF7 again. It would take away the charm of the game. It would be like peeing on a rosebush.
But if they did, probably the PS3
