I'm set on being a Warrior, so, could I join? I can join this Warrior's Guild, and still be a SeeD member, right?

Well, once more areas are added to the RPG, there will be a place where you can choose whether to be an Assassin, Warrior, or Mage.
By not changing from being a Warrior, he just means that you can't change to something other than Warrior, it is the only job/class allowed in the guild, so Assassins and Mages cannot be a member of the Warrior's Guild.
Makes sense, no? Warrior may well be the best job/class overall, so you wouldn't regret being one, you still get to use some really useful spells, just not all spells.

Plus you get enchantments and you get friends that you have to enchant weapons with mage enchantments so it really is worth it. I promise.
