I don't know if this had to do with the other recent thread that has been made. Though, when you view your profile, there is a tab called VBShop, and you used to be able to see the gifts people bought you with their points.

Are all these gone? If so, do we get our points back or is it all just literally gone? Did it get moved without notice, or...?
 
Well they told us not to repurchase anything. Although Belazor did fix everything but our gifts are not there. I think we will have to rebuy them. Not sure... nedd Admin confirmation on this. :hmmm:
 
Did you guys try checking your Inventory under vBShop? It shouldn't have deleted any purchases according to Belazor. :hmmm:

Yeah I don't think we can automatically bring those items back. :hmmm: They weren't deleted (because the logs still has a record for each purchases) but for some reason they're just not showing up. I can just refund you guys the necessary points, so PM me or Shu. Sorry about this. :/
 
Ah well, shit happens, people make mistakes. I'd PM you guys... if I could remember what was gifted. :wacky:

Like I said, I'm not too fused. :grin:
 
I'm not fussed about them being gone either but there was a lot bought, 8( I don't recall what all though, so it wouldn't be fair for me to make a rough draft on how many points people spent, or how much I gave away, it just kinda sucks using your hard earned points to just lose them like that. =/
 
No need to remember all the gift icons you purchased for yourself. I can pull up a Transaction Log and determine how much points to give you guys. And then from there just repurchase the icons (if you can remember some) or get new ones.
 
Then yes, I would like my points back to repurchase the gifts. :griin: That'd be cool if that were possible.

Hrm, I'm pretty sure Belazor fixed this issue already. I even tested it with a test account and I was able to view it (when I couldn't before).

Or did you actually repurchase all of the items above and you're asking for a refund? If so, then yes, I'll do that for you. :)
 
If that's the case it should work for you. :hmmm: Are you not able to access them...?

Under vBShop, go to Inventory. What does it say for you? Make sure that "Active" is checked.

M'kay, I guess members do have to repurchase the features afterall in order for it to work. :hmmm: We'll give you guys the points necessary so just drop us a PM or I suppose you can also use this thread.

pretty much all I had ~.~ Sheesh I post whored to get all that stuff Dx


EDIT:Recieved the Points and Rebought all my lost items thank you!
