Fatal Noob
So far we (or at least I
) have seen the battle system and the on map gameplay.
But for a long time I was wondering: "What the upgrading system is like?"
Each time a new main FF is released, it offers a unique upgrading system which different from the previous ones. In FFVII we had the materia system, in FFVIII junction system, FFX sphere grid and etc.
So what is this time? Does somebody knows?
If it wasn't revealed yet (which I believe), then what upgrading system would you like you have in this game?
As for me, I hope it'll be similar to the materia system. The game reminds a lot of FFVII, so it may be something similar. I want a system in which you can level up your magics (like it was in FFII and FFVII) and upgrade them.
I believe it adds more depth to the customizing of each character and it is overall cool. As for upgrading characters' parameters, I think it will be good to have the ability to easily choose what type you want you character to be (mage/warrior and etc). Or on the other hand, to have the classes of each character defined from the very beginning and their parameters are growing according to the class as they level up.
