Firstly, get the Cloudy Mirror by winning the Chocobo Race in Remiem. Then go to Macalania, and take the ice path, before going to the centre path in the next area. Interact with the crystal and the Cloudy Mirror will become the Celestial Mirror.
Tidus' celestial weapon can be found at the Calm Lands after beating the trainer time for the chocobo race.
The crest can be found in Yunalesca's location. But if you have the PAL or International version and have already gotten the airship, you'll need to get through Dark Bahamut.
The sigil can be found by getting 0 seconds on the Calm Lands Chocobo Race. Dodging birds and collecting balloons ftw.
Yuna's Nirvana can be found by capturing nine types of all fiends in the calm lands.
The Moon Crest can be found in a chest on Besaid Beach
The Sigil can be found by defeating all of Belgemine's aeons at Remiem.
In the Calm Lands Gorge, near the Temple of the stolen Fayth, Auron's Masamune can by found as a Rusty Sword. Get to the Mushroom rock Road and head on the path to Djose, but turn left, take the elevator, and present the Rusty Sword to the statue of Mi'hen. Ta-da Masamune.
The Mars Crest can be found in the location the Chocobo Eater could have knocked you off the Cliff. The Lowroad.
The Sigil requires you to get 10 monsters of ten species in every region.
It's so much fun.
Wakka's World Champion can be found by getting the Besaid Auroch's team level to level 5 and talking to one of the Luca cafe staffers. You need to have the Celestial Mirror for this though.
Go to the Aurochs' locker room in Luca and interact with all the lockers to get the Jupiter Crest.
To get the Sigil, win all of Wakka's Overdrives, and the Sigil will be a prize in the League for Blitzball.
Kimahri's Spiritual Lance can be found by praying to all the Quactar stones in the Thunder Plains and then going to the South and finding a chest.
The Saturn Crest can be found in the area of Gagazet where you fought Seymour Flux.
The Sigil can be found by getting 7 blue butterflies in the Macalania butterfly catching minigame.
Lulu's Onion Knight can be found where you fought Geosengango, in a chest underwater in Baaj.
The Venus Crest can be found in the Farplane.
Dodge 200 lightning bolts in the Thunder Plains to get the Sigil.
Put the password GODHAND into the airship navmap and go to the area unlocked. Rikku's Godhand can be found there.
The Mercury Crest can be found in one of the sandpools in Sanubia, where the Mandragora type monsters are.
The Sigil can be found by completing the Cactuar catching minigame.
