UFO Sighting above Jerusalem shrine

UFO enthusiasts say videos showing a shining ball of light hovering above a Jerusalem shrine could finally prove aliens exist. The clips show a pulsating orb descend and hover above the Dome of the Rock, an ancient Islamic shrine, before shooting up into the night sky.
Unusually, there are clips showing the orb from different viewpoints, meaning it has been more difficult than most to dismiss.
The footage was allegedly taken in Jerusalem on Saturday morning and has spread like wildfire on the web.

It has been viewed by hundreds of thousands of people and prompted fierce debate among UFO enthusiasts and sceptics.
Former Ministry of Defence UFO investigator Nick Pope told The Sun: "If these are real, they are some of the most incredible videos ever shot.


"If they are not, then this is a very well-planned and co-ordinated hoax designed to eliminate elements of doubt."
Mr Pope said the way the object shot up suggested it was unmanned: "We know the Israeli army has some very high-tech drones at its disposal.
"If this is one, it is one of the most advanced pieces of technology created by man."
Several sceptical YouTube users, convinced the clips are fake, have posted videos showing apparent inconsistencies in the footage.

That was great, I wonder what the purpose of the probe was? to gain insight in to the religious aspects of Islam? skepticism prevents the any real dissection of these events
either it was a UFO or it wasnt?

The thing that gets me is, in a big city like that, wasn't there anyone standing directly under it who would've taken a picture? Where are all these people when these things are spotted? It seems like the only people who ever catch glimpses are too far away from the supposed crafts to see any details; in this day and age, the likelihood of say, 100 people being underneath the thing on the street when it descends, and no one pulling out their phone and taking a picture/video, is pretty low -____-

I'm not saying it's not real; after having heard my uncle and his wife say they had one fly lowly right over their house a few decades back, as well as several other stories from many family members, it's hard not to believe in it. However, it has always irritated me that the only people who ever get footage are this far away, especially when the place is as populated as this. It was there for long enough for someone closer to get a good picture.

Well my mom claims to have seen one when she was a little girl. She was right under it apparently looking up at it. My grandmother and the rest of my family don't like to talk about it because they know it sounds crazy but many who were near my mom that day all saw a ufo hovering close to DC in the 60's...I think this particular sighting may be fake though because it looks sorta like a glare on the camera....But I believe they exist.
