Twitter Account for Forum

I seen that alot of forums have twitter accounts to link to things such as comps, news stories and other stuff, i'm wondering if you think it would be a good idea to us to also have a twitter account, then you could post about things like suvivor, SOTW, post the news story thread so on and so on......... just thinking

also about the facebook, it might help if that was made a like page rather than the thing we currently have for the forum XD

Actually created a facebook fan page last week. Originally I was playing around with the idea for a Survivor Challenge, but realized it's better for advertisement. Recruited a few members already though to say whether they've been active, that's another thing. But at least it will help.

Tyler PMed LG to see if we can add FB links and yes, a Twitter link as well. Like the idea, Stevie, thanks for the suggestion. We'll definitely look into setting one up.

Yeah. Facebook is a bit more annoying for advertisement. I had to do a 'share for share' in order to get the word around, so the page might look a bit messy. Interaction with the people there is a way to get them interested and hopefully sign up here and be active, so we might post a few topics/polls every now and then.
