So you've noticed that everyone's doing this, so I might as well. I'm not very popular around here (no I'm not a jerk, so fear not!). But feel free to ask anything me, be it religion, political standing, favorite things, or just some whacky questions.

Your usertitle--"The Boy Who Speaks Of The Wind"--is that something related to the character in your avi/signature?
 
@Gamingway: Indeed, you hit the bullseye. The usertitle is actually the name of a chapter in the Gash Bell manga, and a variation of it was the title for episode 101 of the English dub of the anime. In the chapter and title, Ted (the character in my avi and sig) makes his debut. Interesting to note, at the beginning Ted was talking about the wind. His partner and friend, Jeed, told him that he was "100 years too young to speak about the wind."

On a side note, I could've gone for "Ted" as my username, but it was already taken. So I've settled for "Tedo", Ted's name in the Japanese version of the anime. Go ahead; ask another question if you like.

@SapphireStar: A lot, but most of them people have never even given them a chance. Gash Bell is my favorite of all time, but I'll list you other anime/manga that I like and my reasons why.

Ranma 1/2: My second favorite of all time, right above the DBZ series. The anime ended abruptly in episode 163, but the true ending lies in the manga. It's basically about a teenage guy named Ranma whose curse is turning into a girl every time he is splashed with cold water. It's funny, filled with martial arts, and a decent amount of romance.

Dragon Ball series: Ignoring what Hollywood tried to do in the movie, this series is perhaps one of the best of all time. Unlike most people, I really liked GT. Also, Makoto Raiku, the mangaka genius behind Gash Bell, said in his own words that he was inspired by DBZ.

Dr. Slump: A gag manga that was created by the guy behind Dragon Ball, Akira Toriyama. It was later turned into an anime, but so far I haven't found any English dub versions (and I don't think I will). It's about a professor who builds a cyborg girl and names her Arale, who finds Senbei as a father/brother figure. But since Senbei is not the perfect scientist he claims to be, Arale suffers from poor eyesight as well as a lack of common sense.

Doraemon: Watched it in Spanish as I was growing up, and I loved it. It's about a mechanical cat who travels back in time to help a boy named Nobita. Nobita had so many flaws, and unless Doraemon helped him out, his future didn't seem happy.

Fullmetal Alchemist: My brother loves this more than I do, but I still like it. I don't like the "top 3" so much (Bleach, Naruto, One Piece) as I love this anime. But even though FMA is one of the top ones, there's just something about it that I like. In my opinion, it's not overrated.

I'm also into Saint Seiya/Knights of the Zodiac, Neko Majin, the manga versions of Kingdom Hearts, Lucky Star, the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and as a little boy I liked Sailor Moon (though I stopped watching after my brother ripped on me too many times).
 
Have you watched either Code Geass or Last Exile? If so, what did you think of them?
 
@Gamingway: Sorry to disappoint, but I haven't watched either. My love for anime is not too great. I just watch whatever I find on TV, and if I like it it goes to my list. I have a hectic schedule lately, and it'll take a miracle to simply take interest in anything new.

I saw that you have Fullmetal Alchemist on the list--who's your favorite character in it?
 
@Gamingway: Hard to say, as I have just started reading the manga (though I watched some of the anime). Right now, it's a tie between Edward and Major Armstrong. Mostly Armstrong because sometimes it's funny how he just stands out in any situation. :D
 
@Catnip: Hell no! :D It's just what he does in his respective anime that impresses me. Protecting his friends and using his own strength to back them up. :)
 
@Catnip: I'm not sure. My hair is curly and dark. I'd need an entire gel container to keep it like he does! But even if I could, I wouldn't. I think I'd become more of a laughingstock than someone respectable.
 
Do you think real life movies of anime and mangas ruin the series (ak, ak dragonball evolution)
 
@Catnip: I do it just in case someone replies before I have a chance to finish my post. Plus, I got addicted now.

@Oblivion_XIII: Totally. I know someone who thought it sucked so much they'd rather watch anything else, even if it was PG. tbh, I liked Chi Chi's characteristics in the anime better.
 
@Oblivion_XIII: Not really, I would update you all if I find more animes I like, though.
