Thinking of giving up

i think you should stay, there are many nice people here and i think there are many different people too so you just have to find the people you like talking with :) the shoutbox works good, im having fun there ^^ and i think you can just post and talk and things like that and i think youll enjoy final fantasy forums a bit more :)
 
We have so many members here, Pika-chew so of course, it will take a while to be able to distinguish yourself. Same rules apply here as it does in real life. It would definitely take more than a week for you to be recognized. Just post, shout (in the SB) and join in on the fun (competitions, RP, GFX, etc.) because that's really what the forums are for, to begin with. The friends you make are just the bonus. :monster: It'll come in time.

Maybe it was just bad timing, and should of waited a little longer till joining..

Just have troubles believing in self, we all have a hard past at least once in our life's.
And still... recovering from it.

You have to make the effort as well. Don't expect people to run to you. And stop feeling sorry for yourself.

Think of what you can offer and who you are, and just enjoy yourself really.

Don't overthink things and be yourself. Not everyone will like you but people will. But then again, you don't need people to like you to have a good time. Just post away and be yourself... regardless of what other people may or may not think.
 
Until I disciovered the SB, I didnt really feel like I knew anyone for ages (and being thick as I am, that took me 3 months to find) its a great place to start of a bit of banter, if abit daunting at first, I got to know Jane really well in there, which is something that i think would have been harder via thread interaction

Also, last years Survivor too, it just takes abit of time to get to know people thats all :monster:

We're a friendly bunch, honest, hope you come back :gasp:

and by the way if you didn't want popularity, well you got it now =P. We don't bite... well maybe Teddie/Damon, but then that's why we keep him chained in the basement. Hope you enjoy yourself this time around, we'll be seeing you around.
