How this works~

0. If anyone here is interested in slimming their waistline, losing weight or achieving the ripped abs look.

1. I'll give you a set of exercises to do. They're easy and don't require special equipment or skills. I can almost guarantee its not something you've seen or heard of before & that my methods are super awesome, broz.

2. It won't take more than 15-30 minutes every 2-3 days to start.

3. You can eat whatever you want. You'll still see results. For best results however, you may want to watch what you eat, I'll post more info on that.

4. The only thing I ask is people check in once in awhile & update me on whether or not its working for them.

:elmo:

If anyone's interested, reply to post or pm me, etc... :ohshit:

Does this have anything to do with your crazy theory that sitting up straight will give you abs in a week? Also does it involve leg kicks and head kicks?

I never said that. :elmo:

I said its a healthy practice, yes. But, never made predictions involving timelines.

Also does it involve leg kicks and head kicks?

No comment. :ohshit:

I said the exercises I gave people would be things anyone could do which may imply it doesn't involve things like head kicks as not everyone has the flexibility necessary...

On a more serious note... :ohshit: On days when I workout and eat right I have a six pack.

On days where I pig out and eat whatever I want and slack off, I get a little flabby, but it comes off easy.

Targeting waistline and abs is probably the hardest thing to do. There are a lot of people who workout on a consistent basis who don't know how to do it.

In a sense, you're lucky that someone like myself who may well have found an easy and non time consuming method is willing to share the wealth.

But, its easy to understand where people like Toni are coming from given the excess of marketing gimmicks and weight loss scams which proliferate everywhere.... :ohshit:

So, I can forgive your lack of faith. d :

I'm a bit skeptical, and no not because it's you richard, because ab work outs always seem a bust for me in the past.

These days I try to use a method called planking. Both arms to the side, fore arms touching ground and fully extend body for 3 minute durations. I also use the work out ball to do side crunches and standard crunches. Last but not least I do leg lifts in which consist of putting your arms on two flat bars and lifting yourself off the surface and lifting both legs to a 90 degree angle and holding it for 10 seconds.

Your abs show when your body fat percentage is low enough that your ab muscles stick out. Theyre not like a bicep or tricep where you can work out and see it get bigger regardless of how toned you are. Ie your arms can still look big without being toned and defined.
Cant just lose weight from your waist either. You lose weight from all over your body. Crunches til the sun rises wont burn more stomach fat than it will fat anywhere else.
If you want abs go on a good diet and excersise regime to burn off the fat whilst keeping muscle.

That jerk Lewis stole what I was going to say

The amount of fat you are carrying has a massive impact on whether or not you'll have a six pack, though he was slightly off. You would have to work on your stomach muscles to get definition and that, but it'd mean squat if you had fat over it. Look at heavyweight boxers, they are in unbelievable shape and most don't have body builder abs. Even Ali and Holyfield two of the most conditioned boxers ever, have barely discernible abs.

Unless your exercises are in fact a full workout, it seems unlikely you have a simple method of abs

Just give us the exercise details. :hmmm:

I think that's what everyone is looking for here. :hmmm:

Should I bother answering Big Casino and the other person? :wacky:

I feel like virgins are telling me the best ways to have sex or depressed people are trying to convince me the best ways to find happiness and contentment in lyfe.

Abdominal muscles can indeed grow and become larger and more developed over time.

A prime example of this is boxers, kickboxers and MMA fighters who develop thick layers of muscle over their core area which allows them to absorb blows which would incapacitate a normal person.

People actually devote time towards attempting to increase the size of their abdominal muscles adjacent the solar plexus area in an effort to make protect it as it is vulnerable.

If you're going to be negative and criticize on issues you know nothing about, I would ask you to just leave plz.

Or, if you would presume to be "experts" on the topic, make your own thread and show us all what you believe to be a good method so that people might learn from your expertise.

Either way, shhhh.

Just give us the exercise details. :hmmm:

I changed my mind.

I'm not going to do it.

If people like Big Casino and Isaac at some point realized my methods were good ones, they might start using it & I wouldn't want such negative and overbearingly arrogant people benefiting from something they were deadset against from the beginning...

We both agreed that they could grow, no one is disputing that. We are pointing out that they will not be visible unless you have a low body fat percentage. Pointing out these basic and well known facts isn't arrogant or indicative that we think we're 'experts'. How can we be dismissing your methods when you haven't divulged them? You can refuse to share them with us and demand they be respected, or lay them out so people can judge for themselves.

I never slated your method. We dont even know what it is. You wouldnt post it. Honestly son, get a grip and stop crying.

Yes you can make them bigger but they wont be defined ie you wont see them unless your body fat percentage is low enough.

Fact.

Just post your advice, it could help out a lot more then the few people that you think are being harsh. Don't you want to help out those that are genuinely seeking advice for this sort of thing?

Anyway, I've gotta agree with my pal though. :hmmm: I don't think they're saying they won't work. They're just saying it's a medley of things you need to do in order to get the results we're after, that's all they're saying.

Right now, it seems like a pointless thread without any actual advice given. :hmmm:

As far as I can tell, you're closed minded and negative people who love to sit back and criticize those who actually try do things in this world.

When something tries to do something positive or beneficial immediately you start to criticize and shoot them down. Blah, blah, this won't work blah, blah.

You're not serving a useful purpose with your negative mentality and you're not saying anything anyone here doesn't already know... so, what's the point of you saying anything? :wacky:

Fellas, this is not a place for you to take a dump on folks. I would also like to remind you this is a post count section. There are no "one liners" but as far as abs or no abs goes, this is not a Q&A section for people. If you need a club or anything else, you are permitted to use it.
