Julius then collapsed on the floor due to exhaustion. Suddenly his body rose and his eyes were burning bright red, Soul Edge was no in full control while Julius rested. Nightmare then made haste to find FFGuy and Cloud Inigma, who alongside the others, were searching for the holy sword Soul Calibur. Julius finally found his targets and stood before them blocking their path.


Aiming his sword to Cloud Inigma, he challenged the young warrior to a battle. If Cloud were to be defeated, he would lose something more valuable than his life, he would lose his soul.

"Do you really think you can stop me?"
 
I presume it is me, only I had the vision and it seems to summon me.... look out!

Julius is here! we need to hold him, not kill him, we need to hold him for a few minutes! the sun is already rising, it is almost as if the sun wants us to fight Julius.

FFGuy raises his sword

Zeria shot forward and threw CT out of the way.

"I will be the one to do this. I can break through to him!"

She drew her Punisher and aimed it at his throat.

"Please stop...we need you back to who you once were...please"
 
Zeria will come with us! if she truly wishes her master back then she will need to allow me to destroy his wretched sowrd before Julius gains the power he seeks
 
Seeing that his throat and the tip of Zeria's gunblade were separated by mere inches, Julius lowered his sword. He smirked, seeming unaffected by this sudden act of blind bravery and laughed sarcastically.

"Go ahead and shot, I'll be back...I will always come back..."

They were hearing to the voice of the demonic sword, Soul Edge itself.
 
the sun appears over the hills and the cave opening disappears

Okay! everyone who will follow come inside, I am getting Soul Calibur and then I am coming back! just remember, don't do anything drastic!

FFGuy runs through the cave and sees a stone altar, completely undisturbed, the cave was rocky and the sword was laying on a pedestal and FFGuy took it, it was painfully small, hardly believable that it could match up to soul edge.

FFGuy runs back out of the cave to find Julius in combat with everyone who remained

Soul Edge! I have your one weakness, surrender now or I will destroy you!
 
*DT has no idea why he hasn't done anything yet, and decides that Zeria has Julius for now so he just stands back a bit and waits until he can find a way to help*
Zeria, you know that if you kill him... We need to find a way to defeat him without killing him.
 
Excalibur glints brightly in the sun and transforms to a deep aqua blue and grows in length til it is in the shape of a longsword

Soul Edge, it seems we are destined to fight one another..... I will not bow to your malice!

FFGuy raises the newly formed excalibur and slashes at soul edge
 
Zeria lowered it...she wouldn't take his life. Rather, she couldn't.

"I won't kill him. But I can always enter his mind and slay you myself, Soul Edge!"

She began to summon her energy for her Soul Separate attack. She was going to end this, once and for all...
 
Don't do it Zeria! I can end this swiftly, one swipe at soul edge is all it takes for Julius to be restored! don't waste your sanity on a needless cause!

CI help we hold Julius down! once pinned I need to stab the eye of soul edge and he should die and Julius should come back to us
