The order in which you played all the FF games

Feel free to make a topic to discuss the games played, but lets try to keep this one on topic ^^
 
i played the games in this order

and i started again on ff8 woop woop

ff mystic quest

hmm this is gonna be hard remembering the exact order.

FF8, rented didnt get into it much, i was 9 and found it confusing

FF7, second hand, neighbour gave it to me and i fell in love (i purchased FF8 afterwards)

FF9, was a FFF (final fantasy fan) by then, bought it the day it came out in the UK

FF10, xmas present, had a demo of it and desporetly wanted it

FF6, couldnt believe my luck when it was released on Ps1

FF 5&4, came out as one, got both

FF 1&2, came out as one, loved seeing how it all began

FF X-2, first sequel, was interested...i will say no more

FF 12, was looking forward to testing out the new battle set-up, found it different and didnt think it felt like a final fantasy game

FF DOC, had to get it, lead character was my fav, xmas pressent from my uncle, couldnt believe my luck

FF crystal chronicles for gamecube, havnt played it much tho


i also have FF7 Advent children

i am intending to buy 2 4 and 5 and then play them in order i have only played 1, though i did buy these in very quick succession
 
Because I only got into FF fairly recently, I started with VII, then once I was awed and hooked, I got hold of several others. Which means that I started the games in this order:
VII
X
VI
XII
I
V

But I finished them in this order:
VII
VI
I
X
V

Still playing XII.

if i remember correctly that was the order i played through.
ff9 was the first ff i played, got it for my bday many years ago...
was hooked for weeks on it :):)

FF7, FF8, FF9, FF6, FF5, FF4, FF10, FF12.

My brother bought FF7 right after its European release ^_^. And the rest of the FF games too, including the FF4-FF6's Playstation releases. So yeah you could say I am a hardcore fan. Beating FF7 when you are 7-8 years old with very very poor English is quite amazing, I must admit.
 
Man...mine's all over the place. I don't even think I can remember distinct order, since I traversed too many platforms at once. Buttttt here we go:

FF10, FF7, FF8, FF4, FF5, FF2, FF12, FF3, FF6, FF9

Weird...
But it was more, play them as I got to them/ the ones I wanted to play most. Played a little of the 1st one so far into the series, it just didn't justify it for me. I also didn't finish the 3rd one because it frequently made me chuck my DS across the room. ...Which wasn't good. Especially when I was riding the bus...

And oddly enough, FF9 is the last one I played. And it was only about a year and a half or so ago. Just because I didn't think I'd like it. (Though it's in my top 5 now.)

Not bad huh? If i did post here before, this one's an update. Thank God some genius started the idea of Emulators!
