Yeaup! I may be the new guy here, but I got some skills. ;)
They are a bit mixed matched, but more or less in order of how they were created, top is most recent.

Not too bad, however on most of them I think background lets them down, in particular Basch and Edward Elric, Basch I can't tell what he's doing (the image effect more to blame) And Edward Elric just to me seems to have the 'wrong' colours. Perhaps a yellowish look (topaz or amber maybe?) or maybe a darker colour. Just my opinion. However I like the Leon and Fallout ones, colours go very well with it ^^ Reno could use SLIGHTLY more colour (mix of red and white shapes/elements) Dunno about the woman but Ryu looks fantastic, love the image choice and colours :D
 
the ones on bottem are old, as you can now tell since I just stated that fact, they are getting smaller.
And normally I disapprove of borders, but sometimes I add them without thinking.

As for Basch, I will remake another one, been meaning to anyways.

The one with Edward was a last minute change for my entry into a SOTW contest at my home forums. Had I a little more time, it would have come out different.

IMO Ryu didnt need a border, I can go back and take it out.

The one with the girl was just a test.

As was Reno.

My favorite one has to be number 5.I also like the Basch tag but its text kinda knocks me off.
Anyway,can't wait to see more from,overall you have nice stuff,just try to improve your text.

im sure there is somewhere but i would have to go look for them...

but borders and text is just something you have to learn on your own i guess....i still suck at text placement

and...very few things I have made.
I've been gone to long and laptop-less so i could not practice.

Hm... As far as I can give C&C, try keeping your text away from the borders themselves. Keep them close to the stock/render, but not covering the face/main focal. I went ahead and had a look through your thread (the earlier sigs) and you've definitely improved. :D

Loving your use of colours. The Squirtle sig is by far your best.

I like what you've done with this one.

The colour scheme is very fitting and I like how Miley seems to have a glow about her. It looks awesome!

The glossy look of it is very appealing and I like how the background is blurred. It makes the focal stand out more.

The text looks good running down her arm like that too. Great work!

I thought that this one was cute.

The blues work well with this one and I have to say, that border is definitely something I've not seen done before. It looks great!

The lighting coming from below looks great and the effect in the background look awesome behind him!

I love the transparent bluey looking text! It looks fantastic!

Great font used as well!
