The Hidden Magic spell

I don't remember if I knew about this or not, to be honest. Most likely not, since it's the final battle, and all I cared about was defeating her as soon as possible.

Apocalypse, huh? I'll be sure to try that out the next time I play it, which will probably be in a few months. Thanks for sharing. ;)
 
Iv used it, wasnt aware it was some big secret tho, it was just in her magic list, you draw it and cast it
 
Are you sure you can't Draw/Store? I seem to remember doing so... not like matters, though, since the game ends after that battle anyway.

Aura is the way to go. Let the limit breaks do all the damage instead of a new spell that does only 3k in damage.
 
I knew this, but I never used it, saw no need, but I didn't use magic at the end of the game at all, maybe aura, cause I had revive command and heal.

Yeah you have to draw it to use it though, you can't store it. It does about 3000 damage which isn't too bad for a final fight

3000 damage in a final fight, and especially that final fight is funny to me. I just cast Aura on all and then hero drink or Rinoa's Angel Wing and just bashed her with Limit Breaks, she was dead in 2 minutes, when I think about it it took her more time dying then it took me to beat her.
 
I also knew about this, but there was never really a need to use it. I only used it to see what it looked like or if I felt like just seeing how powerful it was. Wasn't really crucial though. Aura is definately the way to go; cast Aura, Meltdown (don't really have to) and dish out the Limit Breaks and all 4 forms of Ultimecia were history with ease.
 
I came across it by accident... It was a decent spell, but it wasn't the strongest thing by that time when I went up against her so I only used it once to see what it looked like.
 
i do remember seeing this spell in her magic "inventory" but i never drew it from her. whats the point afterall? it wasnt really gonna help me beat her and i could only have it for that one battle anyway.
 
Im pretty sure you can't store it, i only used to to see what it looked like aswel, but as most people said aura is DEFO the way to go, Rinoa and Squall make a lethal combination & i think i just had Zell as my back up char

Yeah i already knew that there is even a sheet that you can use to have 100 Apocalypses in the begining of the game!!!! But it as no merit whatsoever.
 
Fuck Apocalypse (tempted to replay the game just to get 100 and junction it to see what happens though - through cards), It's all about Thundara
 
I don't think it's worth to have one of your characters have the draw command just to see Apocalypse. The final boss cast it on you anyways so you can see how pretty it is. It's no worth using, it just seems a waste of time to me. During the turn anyways I would be bashing the final boss with Lionheart.
 
After playing through the game a few times, i gamesharked it and got all magic etc. Including 100 Apocalypses lol..so i was using it throughout one of my games. Pretty cool magic..nothing spectacular though.
