All I can suggest is hang out a massive bag full of rubbish on day its...binday, until you get a new one, and explain what happened to binmen when they come to collect your shitz.

My binmen are stingy gits, moaning to anyone who'll listen about the way their lives turn out, and occasionally bursting bags over your driveway "by accident."
 
They are a bunch of gits, although for a while, I think I had a nice bin man.....must of seen me naked one morning or something, because I used to forget to put my bin out all the time, so one of them would come and get it oput of my garden xD

Not that nice anymore though -__-
 
Bin men, despite their jobs being necessary for society, often come into a bitter and unpleasant realisation that they hate their job, and compensate for this by being rude, unpleasant, and horrible to most people they meet.
At least, that's the case with my bin men.
