The Final Fantasy Guild Of Mages

The shattered mirrors pieced themselves together and a huge mirror monster attacked.

"Careful Blackrose, areas like this are always trapped, Sephirothalpha cast Death on the Mirror monster and it suddenly reflected back onto himself."
 
Black-rose: "oh no Sephirothalpha"
Black-rose immediatly cast raise on Sephirothalpha bringing him back to life,
Black-rose: "were all spell casters this thing has auto reflect any ideas anyone?"
 
"Look at that, a door on the other side, run past it, we cant do any thing, maybe if we kill Dagon, this thing will fall." Sephirothalpha said.
 
Black-rose: "good plan now all we need is a way to get past it i know"
Black-rose cast firaga on his sword and then cut the mirror in half the firaga melted the edges so it needs time to rejuvinate itself
Black-rose: "everyone run now"
Black-rose sprinted for the door on the other side of the room but stopped at the handle and thought to himself "what happens if we cant beat this Lord dragon "
 
Lone Wolf imbued his Darkbane sword with the power of Thunder. Whilst Black-Rose got over his fears Lone Wolf attcked the mirror traps with his sword and cast protect on the party
LW: Hurry the hell up Black Rose...I can only keep killing these buggers for so long.
 
FFGuy followed Sephirothalpha and blackrose and prepared his sword with a blizzara spell

(If I can't sword imbue yet just let me know ^_^)
 
After seing that the next hall was empty he walked throught the open door and started looking round, but it was just an empty room with no other doors and no other exits, black-rose noticed a door frame and walked ovre to it
"in order to open the door you must first defeat all guardians so far" was inscribed on the wall in the door frame.
BR: "hey you guys i think we gotta go back and kill that thing"
 
"Well I guess we will have to fight it, Sephirothalpha put his rod away and took out a sword, I have little skill in combat but we should manage if we keep healing each other."

Sephirothalpha then cast protect, haste and shell on all party members.
 
Black-rose turned around and walked throught the door way knowing that this was going to be a long and tiresome fight he put down the bag holding all his potions just incase he ended up landing on the bag and shattering all of his potions,
Black-rose: "now im only goin to say this once" he held his sword out in the direction of the mirror monster "if we super heat this thing it should melt and be unable to recover it's self, the only thing is i dont know how to use my firaga spell without having it thrown back at me"
he walked forward running ideas of how to beat it without getting cooked by his own magic
Black-rose: "WAIT!!! THATS IT!!!"
he ran threw the mirror monster without stopping shattering it into a few hundred pieces and then cast firaga on the shards. it reflected back and hit him.
Black-rose: "okay that doesn't work time for some new idea's anyone have any"
 
"Brute force."

Sephirothalpha ran and hit the mirror monster with his sword, he managed to get four hits in with haste before he was hit back by the enemy. The mirror monster suffered little damage and so did Sephirothalpha due to protect.

"Have you any potions that increase strength Black-Rose?"
 
"there in my Potion...i have that..."
black-rose sprinted to his bag and grabbed what looked like a wine bottle,
"im gunna need you thinkin straight sephirothalpha so none of this stuff for you"
he pulled the cap off and took a large mouthful after swallowing the grip on his sword tightened.
"ha" he sprinted at the monster and started hammering away at him dodging the counter attacks and constantly swinging his sword.
the bottle was lying on its side with a large warning label on it
^CAUTION MAY CAUSE BERSERK^
 
Black-rose fell over due to a lck of energy, he was breathing heavily, he stood up "this isn't gunna work" he thought to himself, as he stood up the mirror monster knocked him nto the door leading to the hall were they fought the dragon which he broke throught,he stood up and walked towards the exit of the castle.
"i dont have time to be messing around with a monster that magic dont work on"
five minuets after he stormed off he stormed back into the mirror monster room carrying the armour that the guard was wearing. he pulled the armour on over his head and walked casually upto the mirror monster "i'll give you one last chance to unlock the seal to the next room or i'm going to do it the conventional way" he informed the mirror beast.
 
Lone_Wolf helped aiden099 in attacking the mirror monsters.

Lone_Wolf swung his holy/thunder sword at one of the mirror monsters and cracked it, but unfortunately not killing it. With haste equiped, Lone_Wolf used his agility to backkick the mirror monster and caused yet more damage...however the monster used blizzara on Lone-Wolf. Lone Wolf backflipped due to the force of the damage, but was only harmed slightly because of protect and shell

Lone-Wolf: Well, at least things are getting easier. I wonder if Non-elemental energy works

Despite his low magic level in the guild of mages, Lone Wolf shot a beam of holy at the mirror monster. he was able to do this as his natural element is Holy (and Thunder) and can weild it at any time. Lone Wolf was also wearing a bangle and necklace that heightened his holy and thunder magical power.
However, the beam of light shot back at Lone Wolf and hit him full force. Luckily it healed him because holy is his natural element.

LW: Ok...so non-elemental magic doesn't work...damn
 
Sephirothalpha see's two more his mages enter and attack the mirror monster, with new found confidence Sephirothalpha runs and hits the mirror monster with his sword. A crack appears.
 
black-rose began to glow in a strange red light and then cast firaga on the floor superheating it and melting the mirror monster to the floor
BR: "now that is done lets try this"
Black-rose placed his right hand on the mirror monsters face and his left hand on its chest, he then cast firaga which reflected onto him and healled him due to the Guards armour he had grabbed from the main gate "it works" he thought to himself. he then gave the mirror monster a Hug and cast firaga again it reflected back and cured him but what no one noticed was that the armour was slowly heating up, he cast firaga over and over again untill he had welded his armour to the mirror beast he then slid the armour of cast a blizzaga on the armour freezing it to the monsters chest and then cast thundaga on the armour, the power was amplified by the metal and the mirror beast exploded into a fine powder.
BR: "and if he comes back from that im goin back to HQ and leavin you guys to kill him"
