The Final Fantasy Guild Of Mages

Aiden099 jumped infront of shadow and threw him out of the way

"watch it kid"

Aiden099 drew his sword and started to slice away at the benemoths...

"Shadow get Kia out of here!"

"Angel lets kick some arse!"
 
"WHAT! NO WAY I'M STAYING TO HELP!" Shadow then ducked as a behemoth jumped above him. "on second thought, SEE YA" Shadow turned Gana and sped off again.
 
Angel looked behind him to see Shadow speed off

"And to think i wanted to go easy on him"

Angel looked down at the scorpion and held out his hand where a dark gas spell formed. It swirled about and then it took shape into a seething black bubble. He slammed the bubble into the scorpion which burned through it, killing it after a full minute of its screams of pain

He looked round to see 2 behemoths charging at him. He extended his wings and ran at them sword in hand. He jumped and slashed at one of the behemoths spine ripping its spinal cord renderig it paralysed...food for the vultures now. He turned with swift haste and flew at the other behemoth but was beaten to it by Ragnarok who had gouged out its eyes and was slashing at its neck with his teeth

Angel "Hungry Raggy?"
 
Aiden099 sliced his way through the remaining Benemoths..

"Argh!

Come quickly Angel. . I feel the true defeater of Dante is deeper than this.."
Aiden099 drew a second sword and placed it into his left hand...."

Slowly he stepped forwards into the depths of the forrest
 
Angelus left Ragnarok to finish his meal and walked alongside Aiden.

Angel "Its quiet....far to quiet for my liking"

They walked and walked for about 20 minutes of utter silence. Then...his elemental senses perked up.
Angel looked ahead to the pitch darkness and saw a gleam of red...like eyes. He was seeing things...but just to be sure Angel fired a pure white beam of holy into the darkness ahead. The whole forest light up from the blast...and Angelus knew he wasn't seeing things up ahead was a demon...a supposed myth of the forest.

Staring down at Angelus and Aiden was "The Balrog"

Angel smiled grimly for he knew exactly what power this thing held...the legends themselves struck fear into even the hardiest of warriors. The balrog stood 10ft tall with flaming black leathery wings that extended in a 20ft diameter. Its claws were barbed and razor, its tail spiked, its many fangs ready to inject poison and spiral, intertwining horns protruded from its head...worst though was its eyes...its blazen, ruby, death-like eyes.

Angel "You ugly mother [explicit deleted]"

Angel drew his sword ready for what hell this thing was capable of

Aiden099 looked at angel.

"god damn it...

Might be the end of us two ..."

Aiden099 raised his swords and nodded at Angel

"time to die bitch"

aiden099 dived into the air and went to attack the balrog but was thrown across the forrest floor

"god damn it!"
 
Angel smiled at Aiden as he was thrown through the dense, misty air

Angel "End for us?...never"

He put his wings away and ran at the Balrog with both sword. It lunged for him with razor claws. he deflected them just in time and slashed at its chest with his left sword...and fuck all happened. it was as if its flesh was steel. Angel looked with wide eyes as its tail hit him square in the chest knocking him flying

Angel "Oh god i love a challenge"

Angel flipped up and fired a beam of holy into the things face forcing it to stagger back...but that was it. it recovered easily and sent a wave of dark at him...
 
Shadow stopped Gana for a second to allow it to rest a second. Even shadows could get tired. "Man now that i think about it, maybe i shouldn't have run so fast." He saw Aiden fly past him. "Ok now i know i didn't run fast enough. Which means i gotta go back and help. SHIT i hate this job" Shadow ran forward and picked up Aiden, then rode back the way he came.
 
Angel dived to the side narrowly missing a whip from its flaming whip. he looked up at the Balrog whos attention had been diverted. He foolowed it gaze to an oncoiming shadow...

Angel swooped up and stood in its eye sight raising his sword

Angelus "You shall not pass!!!...to get to Shadow..."

Angel backflipped out of the way of a cleaving sword and fired a pulsing wave of holy at the demon which luckily managed to knock it off its feet/claw thingy. He ran at it and jumped with his sword raised. the balrog saw it coming and swooped up its sword which collided with his. As both swords struck, Angel's sword was flung out of his hand and him sent flying once again. He landed awkwardly on the ground hurting his arm.

The balrog sprang up and picked up his sword. It roared and ran for him with fury in its eyes.

Angel "Nuh uh, doesn't work that way."

Angel raised his good arm and the sword vanquished, reappearing in his hand. He took the moment whilst it was surprised to complete the remaining distance and strike it in the chest with a blast of holy to follow. The balrog was thrown back

Angel "Anyone else wanna take a go at this devil?"
 
"Sure" Shadow said, jumping off Gana. "Gana, Ganas form, let's go" Gana stepped towards Shadow, and both became enveloped, released to be a creature with a man for his torso, arms, and head, and a spider for the rest of his body. "IIIIIITTT'S SHOW TIME!" Ganas said evilly, stepping forwarded and bringing his scythe down onto the Balrog, killing it. "I guess Balrog doesn't like poison. That, and Angel weakened it for me" Ganas cocked his head at Angel. "Thanks, btw"
 
Aiden099 stepped up..

"So this is dante's defeater.. "

"Not much really was it..!"

aiden099 turned around and started to walk out of the forrest...

The order were waiting outside with a spare chocobo for him

"Time to go to the Bahumut!"

"Yeah lets go get these stones!"

Aiden099 rode off with the Order to the Bahumut Ruins
 
As angel watching the party leave he turned and looked at the Balrog which lay...dead
He turned and walked away with Ragnarok padding beside him. He cast Ryuker and they were teleported back to the guild

Upon arrival he went to the training room and awaited Shadow
 
Aiden099 rode up to the Bahumut.

"How do we get in?"

"We can climb"

"Don't be silly .. you carn't climb that.. the things over 300 foot high till the entrance.. come to the town we will ride in the Strahl"

"Okay lets go"

Aiden099, Baltheir, Fran, Desrt, Maximus and Alexandria rode off to the town towards the Strahl's docking grounds
 
As Angelus awaited for Shadow he prayed silently for his life friend- Dante Prime
As he reminisced in their past adventures and spars, tears welled up in his eyes, but then he rememebered. Dante wouldn't want to see him like this. HE didn;t want to be like this. Angel had seen many many deaths, but why did this one affect him?

...no matter. He was strong

Angel "Shadow. Hurry up. I grow impatient"
 
Aiden099 jumped aboard the Strahl and took off into the skies

"One final adventure.. then the ship of all men will be created...."

"What?"
" Ah it sounds like you want to try to fly to Uptopia again.."

"Yeah.. i doo.. its what we men need.."

"Aiden Stop this foolish Campaign!"

"Alexander why?"

"Because i've been there.. its nothing special... the ship of man does not need building... it was a warship after all .."

"but there is so much we could do with it.. the mages guild could transfer to the skies.."

"Why?"

"Because.. if it were in the skies foes would not reach...

THE GUILD!!"

"Baltheir look!"

Balthier looked through the strahl's display panel.. the guild it's being surrounded

"Aiden the kids!"

"Baltheir.. take control .. Order of Elemental Knights.. assigning target : Guild of Mages

Orders are.. destroy all fiends within the vestribule of the guild and maintain a defensive base within the courtyard.."

"Aiden where are you going?"

"To save our kids... "

Aiden099 opened the emergency hatch and flew fast infront of the Strahl towards the guild..

Landing in the courtyard he ran forwards to the control panel

"Attention The Guild of Mages is under attack from all sides.. There will be no retreat..
All children and staff are to hide in the Training Room.. the door is unlocked Go!"

"All Mages and Security are to report to the Courtyard for orders..

The Order of Elemental Knights is defending the courtyard

The Vestibule must not fall! if it falls into their control ... the guild is lost...

God bless us all..

Vetern Mage Aiden099 Out!

Aiden099 ran into the courtyard drawing his swords..

"Watch out!"

Baltheir had landed next to aiden and was shooting a few incoming foes

"Hey B lets do this propperly.. leave none alive.."

"Fran , Desert go defend the Training room - Desert Xanther and Rose are in there!"

"Okay!"
"Okay darling be careful"

"My lord they come!"
"Time to get busy.."

Air wolf and Alexander drew their swords and stood next to aiden099 ..

Battle was going to begin..

Hopefully Angel and Shadow would come soon...
 
OOC: hey guys just checkin in, what have i missed? when i have been filled in on what has happened then i shall begin postin again
 
Ganas casted Ryuker and found himself at the courtyard in time to hear Aiden. "already here Aiden" Ganas called at the guild.

OOC: hey guys after this crisis, can me and Angel please have our training session? i am getting tired of being diverted.
 
OOC: So am i actually....

IC: Angelus (mentally) "Ok guys, me and Shadow are busy. Even if its an emergency, we wont be around so you'll be on your own...Shadow- TRaining room. Now!"

Angel sat on the ground and summoned his blood red sword awaiting for his arrival
