So as the title says, this thread is about dreams, your dreams. You know, the ones where you got to sleep and are dragged out of in the morning. Not the kind about what you want to do with your life.
What dreams have you had lately? What ones have you had in the past? Any ones that have stuck with for awhile? And do you dream/remember them often? What was your latest one? It could be anything.

It was a sunny day, perhaps in the mid-80s. The humidity at a decent stage. The location was an airport of some kind. It was big, but not fancy. There were lots of people around. Most of them were waiting for their flights, and the rest of them were waiting for their families to get off their flights. In the midst of all of this, I was one of those people waiting for their flight. My flight was heading to New York. I couldn’t recall the time as I was lacking a watch. I knew it was around midday.
I couldn’t recall what happened in-between all of this, but at the moment, I saw a girl. She wasn’t a model, but her appeal could really make a guy become confused that she is a model. She had wonderful brown hair that was well complemented by her green eyes. When I looked at her, I couldn’t help but notice that she was repping Eyeshine as she had a hoody that read “eyeshine”. She was wearing blue jeans, and black shoes. The jacket was also black with white text color for the word “Eyeshine”.
When I saw her, I forgot about everything. I took my luggage and rushed over to her. Something in me told me to greet her, and just see where that led me. I didn’t know where this would lead, but I knew it had to start with a simple hello. And that is exactly what I did.
When I introduced myself to her, she responded with a friendly smile, and she told me her name was Katie. I was nervous quite the bit, but seeing as my favorite band is Eyeshine, I asked her If she liked them. Of course, this was an obvious question, but she seemed to not care. She responded by saying yes. Then after that, we got to talking. It was probably an hour or something like that.
We talked and talked. We were just talking about everything Eyeshine-related, and anything that fell under that category. Then, she began to talk about her, and how she just came from Michigan and how she was coming off of a bad breakup. I could see it in her eyes that she was very sad about this. Even though we just met, I could feel a bond between us. I couldn’t place my finger on it, but I knew there was something there. I knew she felt it too.
We both looked into each other’s eyes. My blue-green eyes met to her green eyes. The magical moment when everything seems nonexistent, and the only thing that matters is this moment.
I opened my mouth by saying that even though we have just met not even twelve hours ago, there was a connection. She totally agreed, but she seemed hesitant to the fact that there should be anything too soon. I assured her that it was nothing to fear. When I told her I could turn in my first-class ticket to NYC for two coaches, I seemed to give her a smile on her face.
I knew that if her and I just had more time to talk, the sudden feelings I felt would be felt on her part, as well. She was still hesitant. I took her hands as they locked to mine. I gave her a sincere nod of the head that this is fate. It is fate that we met, and it is fate that brought us together. I just wanted her to take a chance, and come with me to New York so that we can explore these inner-feelings.
