This thread also lacks knowledge of genuine depression.
All I am currently reading is whiney teenage BULLSHIT, Oh noes I am being insensitive, BOO FUCKING HOO, and the threatening to kill yourself, I know you shouldn't take this stuff lightly, but the amount of people I've heard that are going to do it because of the same reason which is "HORMONES" well fuck them and their hormones, all I hear is them threatening this and they never EVER do it. Now I have a friend who has had a fucking downright shit early childhood, his sister was gonna be on Anti-depressants and his mother was too and he needs fucking therapy and psychiatrists sessions.
Has he ever mentioned Suicide?
Has he fuck, he's stronger than most of those shitfaced whiney gits saying they will because of teenage crushes. Now I know you may say "Maybe he's hiding it from you" and I know damn well he isn't, he's my closest friend he tells me everything, or you might say "I don't like you using the word threatening to describe their suicide attempts" Cause they are threatening it, as a cry for attention, there are very very few cases of Teenager Suicides due to hormones. I take it seriously when people do say they're gonna do it, cause you never know that is true, but alot of the time it's bullshit, but you can never be too careful.

I find that highly offensive. Want a country with no Law Enforcement? By all means go out and seek it and see how long it takes before you find yourself living wiht nothing, scared as hell for your life, and having no opinion as a citizen. Cops suck eh? I think you better narrow that down instead of making a generalized accusation.
I'm going into the Cirminal Justice field after graduation from college and even though there is corruption in agencies across any nation, withough some form of justified authority, you will be living in a dictator-run hostile environment where you have no freedoms.
Pigs? Grow up. The name-calling fad ended back when you learned cursive writing in 3rd grade. Show some maturity. Cops commit suicide more than any other profession due to the emotions they have to hide and separate from their personal life and their professional life. You have to have an stoic reaction to some of the most gruesome things ever, and then have un-bias discretion when handling any situation. It's not an excuse, it's just something being pointed out that's on-topic.
I think you very highly under-estimate the duties of Law Enforcement and their importance.

I mean, yes the law is important. But when it comes to handling one suicidal kid that's freaking out and doesn't want to talk to them, their initiative is to disarm them, handcuff them, and haul them off to juvi or some mental hospital. That leaves them off far worse than before.

i had a good m8 of mine who i used to see a lot, wel anyway after i left school i sort of lost contact with him. He was into his drugs nothing that major just smoked hash coke etc. Wel last week a boy in work tells me that he hung himself in the caravan he lived in. i couldnt believe it cuz it seems like yesterday i was out with him causing trouble.
Until then i always believed suicide was ok it was your choice wen u wanted to go but when u see that persons family in tears, completely heartbroken and u realise ul never see him again, i realised that its just damn selfish to take ur life.
I dont even know why he did it, he owed a lot of money to dealers but id never have guessed he was depressed.
Its a waste of life, dead at 21.

You obviously have no idea what you're talking about. The last thing police would do to a suicidal teenager is cuff him up, unless he was a genuine danger to those around him. I get that you're 16, and now that you have a driver's license and occasionally go out with friends and get drunk and smoke pot at parties, and a cop once called your parents for minor in possession, you think you're tough shit and know the streets. It's adorable, albeit nay, your posts lack any credibility.
When authorities hear about suicide, especially of a teenager, they'll send what is deemed appropriate for the situation. ie, if a kid just popped a few too many sleeping pills, they'd send ambulance. Only in Columbine-esque situations where other, innocents are in danger would they even consider cuffing an angsty teenager. You genuinely think they'd send a kid to juvi or a MENTAL HOSPITAL because he listened to too much emo music and his girlfriend dumped him the same day that he failed a big test? Laughable.
Please stop posting in a thread about a serious issue if you have no idea what you're talking about. And don't post something like 'Well, I'm a depressed fan of Tool and almost tried to kill myself and the cops came and I spent a night in jail!' because you didn't, and neither did your friend.

The second part: I was trying to convey that you are at that age where you think you know everything, but you really, really don't. No, I didn't really find your information and run a background check on you.
