[Suggestion] GFX lounge

Lately I've been wanting to talk about graphics within the forum, and it doesn't seem like there's any other fitting place to post about it except the spam coliseum. :\

I don't see anywhere to put these questions in the Creativity Inspiration section, because it is for only posting works an' stuff like that so far as I can see.
