Dear Toni

Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

This. Movie. Is. Amazing. Seriously I completely and utterly enjoyed every moment of it! The CGI was fantastic and the Apes looked so real and you really fell in love with each of them, even the horrible ugly monkey. Also all the human main characters did a really great job, specially the actor that played James Franco's dad (can't remember his name :()
Tom Felton my love was in it too but his character was so evil :( I couldn't fall in love with him but I guess that means he played the part well!
At the end everyone in the cinema clapped, that is the first time I've been in a cinema when that happened.
There were a few little bits and pieces throughout the movie that could have been done better but they were really small and not worth nitpicking over because overall the movie was great, depressing but great.

10/10

This post inspired me to see planet of the apes the other day.

I did.

It was awesome.

Thank you :mokken:

I'm so glad my terrible review writing could inspire you my Adelaide friend! And I am even more glad that you loved the movie! Srsly, how amazing is it? I want to see it again!

It's in the classic milfybro style, manages to be long enough so that it is not deleted for being spam but at the same time it manages to say nothing.

I think somewhere in that ramble I managed to get across that it was good. lmfao

It's a fabulous, inspiring review. :mokken:

The 'audience applauding' thing convinced me.. and funnily enough they did that when I saw it too.

never really fancied rise of the planet apes.

Was never a fan of the planet of the apes. I should maybe watch the remake as ive only seen the original which has aged badly.

I've never seen planet of the apes til this movie! You can still enjoy it without knowing about the movies before it. But you do miss out on the cool one liners and easter eggs from the originals :P
