they're both beautiful and use amazing talents to create a final product, but 2 ultimately won my affection the most. although 1 is a bit on the girly side and i tend to appreciate the girlier things in life, I just fell in love with the fiery theme of number 2. i usually prefer vector usage like in 1, which uses them wonderfully, but the affects used in 2 just sold me. personally, i am a huge fan of the texture usage in this piece, every c4d or texture just blends so nicely. and that watery look to her edges? adore it. it looks like the heat rising off of a flame, almost like she's arising out of fire or something. i have no idea if the artist did this on purpose, this is just my interpretation, is all. i like the canvas size much better in 1, and the white border going all the way around sig 2 kinda throws me off (this is a personal taste though), and i really wish I could see some font usage in this piece but after looking at it for a few minutes i came to realize it's unneeded.

It looks a little cleaner, and I think it fits the style of the render more. Although good job to whoever made number 2. Wow.

I really like the brightness and sharpness of number one compared to number 2.

It's quite playful and colourful and captures my attention a lot more.
