I was stuck between 1 and 3 but im going with 1. I love mario and thats just an excellent siggy. # 3 seems to have to much open space on the left.

Voted 4, sweet and simple, plus Ryu is one of my favorite characters ever.
Although I think all 4 are great, 1 has great effects and background, but I'm a Mario hater
, 2 I just dont know that game, 3 is just too big for my taste, and there was no need for black borders.

1- Mario : aaway than I like Mario so much, because I had great memories from my young ages, It has a good graphic on it. But for sure does not get my vote.
2: Nobunaga Oda : Samurai warrios, Onimusha, Kessen, Devil kings. I love this man,
3: Zelda. I like the effects used in this sig, just a bit big, but well, I like the way the light matches the stock.
4: Ryu : Street fighter. CPCM VS SNK ... I am not into this style.
The text could be much better and also if used more effects on it, ...

Number 3. I'm a huge zelda fan, so that's a main reason. The background great though, and I love the way the render just fades into out of the sig.

I really like 3 a lot. Sure it's big, but it looks very clean and smooth. It just stood out more for me. 2 is also very nice.

I don't see how a personal preference for a video game character has anything to do with graphics in general.
And I vote number two for the most simple reason: It's the best up there.
Extremely well pulled off typo, excellent blending, lightning and colors are top notch - and at the same time it's rather interesting as it is simple.
