SOTW 113 Voting Thread

The theme this week was Love. Please remember that while posting isn't necessary for your vote to be counted, it is encouraged.

[Autopsy]

My vote goes off to Entry #5 because of its combination of originality and clarity with getting the theme across. The resources used in everything from the Photography to that particular font worked quite well. Opposed to the others, it stands out to me.

As for anything a little a miss, I'm not sure if that was meant to be a 'glow' around the rose there, but there's a bit of excess around it. Otherwise, well done.

 

[Busta]

#5 for me was the one I thought was the best.

It used a nice mixture of the emotions of love and the pictures go pretty sweet with it. The others are good to, but usually what we've been seeing with sigs. #5 just sticks out more.

 

[Big Casino]

Hmm not the best of entries this week. Not that i can speak as my entry failed so i was too ashamed tohave it seen

My vote goes to number 1. IM not sure that love is the feeling it evokes but out of the lot its the best made sig imo. The blending of stocks is magnificent and the colours are quite vivid but theyv been kept to a good scheme. The tag looks messy but in an organised way if that makes sense. I cant really fault it as its amazing to look at.
Top marks. Shout out to number 5 aswell, i love it.

I voted for number 5.

It was the closest to the theme and was made very well.

I really like the photo's scattered about and how each of them tells a story.

It has a sharp clean look to it and the rose and pen look rather cute there too.

It's set out lovely.

I would have voted for number 1 as close second. I like the style of the signature, but the image of the two people with blood around their mouths kind of screamed, 'suicidal' and not so much 'love'.

At the risk of sounding like a complete bitch... I really have no choice but to vote for number 5. The rest of them have the look of love but they don't have the feel. The only other one that would even come close to the theme is number 3. That really sounds a lot meaner than I meant it to. :/

 

[Six]

Appealed to me most. Fuzzly, the pop-outs look gorgeous, the image is really sweet too. The text is rather nice too. The border was what stood out most for me. I like it, original.
