That pretty much sums it all up, especially the Shadow bit, no one likes Shadow, and those who do, are pissing on Segas grave.

Shadow = Phail
So does this new white sonic, to me he looks like the sonic campaigning for Gay Rights
 
Although my introduction into the gaming world was on teh Atari Gaming system, my introduction to the SNES and Sega Genesis generation of gaming was through Sonic The Hedgehod 2 for Sega. Man oh man I don;t know how many times I've flew through that game and tried ending up with as many lives ass possible at the end. It just gets to a point where I can totally dominate each level with ease. One of my favorite game series' of all times.
 
Anyone played Sonic CD? You can find it on 'Sonic Gems Collecetion' (the follow uo to 'Mega collection'!). Its not as good as previous titles. but definitly the last great one since.

Saying that the GBA ones arn't too bad. Dislike the new looks tho.

I used to play Sonic all the time D: I miss him ;-; I haven't played any of the new Sonic games.......mainly cause it feels wrong D:

The GBA games aren't bad. I have 1 that I still play ^^ I'd like to get the others though.
 
It was the very first game I played as a child and it was on my Sega Master System. God everytime the screen loaded I always said Sega! along with the voice onscreen! I must have been about 6 or 7, something like that.

Sonic 2 and Sonic 3D Blast were my ultimate favorite genesis games (Next to Shining Force II). Heck, I still remember the cheat codes for Sonic 2.:D
 
Now and again i still dig out my old megadrive and spend a few hours playing the classic sonic games. They bring back some warm memories of my childhood. The more recent sonic games rock but they don't compare to the classics.
 
The Sonic and Knuckles expansion rocked.

if you put sonic 2 on top you could play Sonic 2 as Knuckles, and if you put sonic 1 on, you could do loads of special stage zones from Sonic 3.


Best ever.
 
I really love Sonic 3 and all, but I'm really tired of Carnival Night. I just can't get past this swirling, bouncing cylinder like platform thing in the second part. I even tried beating it with all of them, Sonic/Tails, Sonic, and Tails! Grrrrrr!

I loved Knuckles (mostly because Sonic can't 'glide' or climb...), but I was a little disappointed to see that you couldn't play as him (or Tails, for that matter) in 3D Blast. At least they both made cameos, though.

Just out of randomness, who's played Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine? (aka, the Sonic version of Puyo Puyo)
 
For the longest time I never played this game, then I went through a weird stretch of 1-2 weeks where I played it non-stop, and I haven't played it since. Good game(s) though.
 
I Love the classic Sonic Games actually this week ive being playing ROMS of Sonic1,2 and 3 at college when ive been bored in lesson there fantastic Sonic 2 is my favourite everything about that gae is perfect,the layout of the levels,the artistic design,the super spin speed which isnt in sonic 1 i love it.

Sonic Games i Like:
Sonic 1
Sonic 2 (Best!)
Sonic 3
Sonic & Knuckles
Sonic Adventure
Sonice Adventure 2
and the rest are horrible ( excpt Snic CD which i havent Played)

but Sonic Heroes,sweet jesus i swear its the worst game ive ever played,there are parts on that game which you have to go on to continue the level which are Glitched! its rediculous plue all them extra characters are plain tripe
 
Sonic was legendary i remember getting back from school and just playing on sonic 2 for hours everynight. My favorite one is the first one though but all of them were sick.

Leki did try that. ^_^ Its alright but by far not the best. Leki really liked the mini-game type called Flicky, on the Mega Collections. It was sooooo cute and addictive!

*STILL CANT GET PAST CARNIVAL NIGHT! GRRRRR!*

And Leki still prefers playing as Sonic. Seeing as with Tails and Knuckes you cant do the jump spin thing.
 
I have played the original Sonic the Hedgehog, I remember playing it on my old Sega Mega Drive when I was only a kid. Those were the days! I was really bad at it and I still am actually. I have the Sega Collection for the PS2 and it has both Sonic and Sonic 2 which is pretty awesome so I can still play them whenever I want. It's a great little collection. :) Sonic 2 would have to be my favorite as well, it's very awesome indeed.
