Sleeping in Class

Do you ever fall asleep during class?

I do.

I fall asleep in class a lot, actually. I'm often deprived of sleep at night, so I make up for it by sleeping in class. I know it's not a good thing, but I can't help but to fall asleep in boring classes like Spanish.

The other day, I fell asleep in Literacy, and all of a sudden I heard a loud bang on my desk to find the teacher staring at me.

How about you guys?
 
I'm not in school anymore. lol. But yeah. If I saw it fit, I would just knock out. Or if it was a teacher who liked me, I would just tell them I felt bad and they would let me knock out. =]
 
I did that a lot in high school. Not because I didn't really got any sleep the other night, but because of the time of day, class, and how boring it is all at once. I usually fall asleep during 4th period, Government AP class. It's so boring! All we did is take notes. The teacher talked and talked, and that's it. No fun activities or anything.
 
I did that a lot.
For some reason I never got caught.
But it was math, teacher didn't really care.
 
All the time. Since coming to college, I've been up until 2:30 or later every night, with classes as early as 7:30 the next day. Needless to say, I find ways to catch up during the day.
 
I almost have once, but I remember my friend doing it in high school in RE after finishing a test early. She put her head on her paper and when she leifted her head up, the paper was stuck to her head due to the tipax (what you use to cover up mistakes with pens)! I started laughing, set off another friend and the whole class were in hysterics!
 
I have done it on occassion, but it's not a common problem for me. It's always in Maths that I fall asleep though, probably because it could put an insomniac to sleep xD
 
i nearly have - always in maths though

its the teachers fault for making me sit on my own because i "talk too much" and she has such a sleep-inducing voice...
 
I have done once in English Literature. Nearly on a few other occasions, but never actually got there. Better judgement caught me by the balls and forced me to stay awake.

Having relatively long hair makes it somewhat easier. =D
 
I've never fallen asleep in class. Come close a couple times when I was just really tired, but can't say that I actually have.
 
No, I never fell asleep in class, because I knew my teachers would just embarass me by calling on me. However, I have a bad habit of daydreaming, so even though I'm awake, my mind is somewhere else.
