It just wiped me out (almost) Freya, Eiko and Zidane down to 1hp and it knocked Zidanes MP down to 1 as well

Quina was unaffected

What is the meaning of this?!

It's a risk thing I guess, you could get your HP/MP restored, or you could get it depleted. FF always has moves/abilities which seem pointless or too risky to try.

I personally wouldn't use it just because my luck is never good with it. When I use it, I usually die shortly after because my guys get hit with an all attack with low health.

I mean if your gonna use Freya to heal just use Reis's Wind.

I remember the first time I ran across this move. It didn't kill me, but it sent me into a state of panic like you wouldn't believe. I really thought I was screwed.

Oh I missed that part Six Dragons has a percent chance to do 3 things it has a percent chance to restore hp and mp lower hp and mp and do nothing at all. It does that for each character so what happened in your case was that everyone but Quina got unlucky.

the first time i used the move was when i had the game origanally (when i was 10) and I was in a battle with easy monsters outside treno and i read the Moogles advice "see for you self..." i though it would summon six dragons to fire like lasers or something (come on i was 10 and it was my forst FF game) so i used it and i hadn't saved for like 3 hours so when everyone got knocked down to 1 HP i was imedaitly whiped out i was heart broken- to this day i never use that god forsaken move

NO.

I mean, who would have an move where you could kill yourself and/or other party members?

It backfired on me and I think i died cant member now but i think i did.

I never will do that again.
