Signature in the middle

How can i put my signature in the middle like this one,and write something to appear in the middle like this one ?

Right, if your "Edit Signature" screen looks like this:

Click on your sig and then the "Align Center" button on the toolbar. It's similar for text. Just highlight the text and centre align it.

It's how I do it anyway.

First select the images and /or text
then next to the B I and U you see those lines pick the middle one, align center.

on the upper bar above your post, under the word "verdana" will be three letters; B I and U to the right of those letters will be three sets of lines, the center set of lines is the one for centering an image/text/links/etc.
