So whats the story with Siegfried anyway?
You run into him and his imitator a few times in the game... but there never really is that much of a resolution concerning him...

Any of you guys know the story behind him?:huh:
 
Isn't he the one who trained Sabin?

i think you get some resolution in the WoR if you make himteach Sabin his ultimate blitz.....

not too sure though

I don't know about him, just a treasure hunter I would assume.

Oddly enough this Seigfried kinda looks like Zeikfried from Wild Arms 1.
I think Wild Arms stole the character Design.
 
you can fight him at the colosseum. I forgot what item you need to bet but he's really very tough.
 
Don't remember the names, but I know that his attacks (except normal attack) does around 4000-6000 damage
 
he can kill you in 1 turn. It's very impossible to beat him unless you're higher than Lv. 80.. I think.>_<
 
I was level 71 when I managed to defeat him. I used Edgar in fight and teached him only Cure3 and Ultima and in Tools he had only Drill and Chainsaw, Equip him with the best armor you have give him Aegis Shield and a good sword (I equip him with Zantetsuken sword). Equip him with accessory that enables to attack four times in a row. Thats how I defeated him.
 
Hi -

I can only recall beating him one time. He uses an attack called "Hyperdrive" which is brutally powerful. For the longest time; it was my hope that if I defeated him, that he may join the battle party. Never worked out though ;)
 
I too have always wondered who Siegfried is.

We see him in the game at least 3 times.

First in the Phantom Train he challenges Sabin and team to pathetic fight and much later you see him in WoR following Gerads gang.

And then you see him at the colosseum where he claims that all other encounters with him were just impostor posing as Siegfried. I think he lies, since as a thief/treasure hunter he is from Zozo and people in Zozo are just great. He just trained hard not to be pussy anymore.
