Shoutbox Maintenance

We've performed some maintenance on the Shoutbox, but the server load (and thus, slow-down) is still present on the site.

We're gonna try to disable the Shoutbox for approx 1 hour from writing this thread (or however long it takes to determine whether server load goes down) and see if that helps.

If it does, we'll be performing upgrades on the shoutbox in the near future to try to reduce the impact it has on the server.

And fast, cuz I'll miss my shoutbox already. But I have faith it'll come back greater and better than before. =D

It's currently been re-enabled, but the settings have been tuned way down in order to test whether any of them have any noticeable effect on server load.
