In my opinion, one of the most easy to hate characters is Seymour Guado.

Let's face it, he doesn't have many good points, you can tell he's a bad guy from the start. Later he is responsible for your party to be hunted down by Yevon (and the dark aeons). Not to mention the 3rd boss battle with him (Seymour flux) which is easily one of the most infuriating bosses in the game.

it's the hair that gives it away......you just know someone with hair like that is gunna be a swine. Is that boss the one with the coloured spinny things on sin? I hated that one. I don't think his voice suited him either.......I just didn't like him

He's not the best Final Fantasy villian but he is still O.K. I like it how everyone thought he was a good guy.

with hair like that, I KNEW he was gunna be a dodgy one from the off o_O, like when I saw yunalesca the first time, i kn ew that hair was gunna give me an arse whoopin

Got to add tho, i think hojo is prolly the easiest to hate

I was put off by his voice. It was too calm and soothing (sp) for me. It made me want to sleep more then anything. So I enjoyed it when I battled him.

most guys who have political jobs end up corrupt in ff

so killing off a politician like seymour really cheered me up ^_^

I too saw that he'd have some villainous role from the first encounter. His appearance in general was too much of a give-away. I'm not hugely disappointed with however; I always expect some form of corruption-induced action from politically power characters.

I never actually hated him though. I found him to be an exceptionally worthy antagonist on the whole.

Bah...Seymour was a pain in the ass. Damn I hated those battles against him( Seymour Flux and the one where he has two guardians and summons Anima later). God I also got pretty annoyed by his voice....too calm and evil....and he had a very girlish outfit. But he was kinda fun with his "dream" to "save" Spira by destroying it.... I really loved that phrase.

I liked using him in operation mi'ihen and his overdrive is sweet!

but politics corrupts all, hence why all the maesters ended up being evil bastards that ended up backstabbing each other, barring kelk who left but got promptly killed by seymour
